Disappointing from ASUS

This laptop has been awful and I missed the return date by 1day.. The laptop keeps disconnecting from the WiFi, and I’ve tested it with several WiFi routers from my friends’ homes. Using a search engine the page take two minutes to load a page, if the WiFi doesn’t disconnect. If the WiFi does disconnect, i have to refresh several times. As an engineering student, with lots of schoolwork, it’s frustrating and annoying to deal with this :(. The gaming is great though. Can’t complain about that. I was so excited to change from my HP laptop to ASUS (because they’re my favorite brand). I had saved up for months too. I’m just really disappointed:(.

Don't buy !! Over heats and black screen !

Also the "free" Microsoft xbox pass is not free. Did not use it and they charge you for it ..also charge you for the other items that are free. The battery only lasted an hour too
