Great gaming laptop

Every time I would attempt to shut it down, it would just restart. When I would go to shut it down again, a prompt would come up asking if I was sure I wanted to shut down the laptop cause in doing so others can not play. It was kinda odd to me... So sadly I just exchanged it for another.

I have had numerous issues with the crap Armour crate software forcing my screen black when I plug it in (refreshing the screen does not work). The Asus software forces the refresh rate to change and the operating system crashes.

I can play smaller games but I wouldn't really recommend it for games like overwatch, Minecraft (specifically with mods), and or any other games of that sort. It used to run modded lethal like a gem but eventually it started to freeze or barely run it. I've had it for almost a year now and play games from itch.io or focus on finances and things like that. ^^ some games from steam also run pretty well. I'd suggest upgrading if you really want to use it for games.

Running any game that I want, usually not max resolution but makes sense considering it’s a laptop and not a tower. Only complaint is Ethernet got stuck pretty bad if it sits in the laptop for too long.

Cedric and Mariana were the TRUE MVPs. I know it was near the end of the day but the nice lady helped me and set up my computer for me. I will definitely be returning for their help. Cedric was just a cool dude. professional and helpful. keep it up bro
