I have had numerous issues with the crap Armour crate software forcing my screen black when I plug it in (refreshing the screen does not work). The Asus software forces the refresh rate to change and the operating system crashes.

Cedric and Mariana were the TRUE MVPs. I know it was near the end of the day but the nice lady helped me and set up my computer for me. I will definitely be returning for their help. Cedric was just a cool dude. professional and helpful. keep it up bro

My experience with the Best Buy reps were positive. They helped me even though i chose to return the laptop. The Asus was very good and very fast, i just wasn’t happy with the screen.
