    I finally upgraded to this laptop and what a difference, my old asus was a gl503vm so 5 years old one still works just needed a newer one to play the better games and new one works better than i though. i do recommend getting a secon ssd drive, got a 2tb one fory games and misc files

    Absolutely great deals at best buy! This laptop was everything I hoped for, the price was very affordable. It was an open box, in like new condition. I felt a piece of mind knowing best buy carefully inspected the item.

    This is one i had to let go. My experience with the Best Buy reps were positive. They helped me even though i chose to return the laptop. The Asus was very good and very fast, i just wasn’t happy with the screen.

    I got it while it was on sale for a little under $800. At first I had some issues but I just needed to update all of the drivers, ever since then it’s worked great for school, productivity, and gaming.

    I got this laptop to replace my parents old one which was completely out of date. It’s an excellent price for the hardware. Will my parents use it to its full capability? No. Will my little brothers who game are gonna take it and use it all day? Yes.

    It was the best upgrade for my fiance who likes to game and do graphic media on the side. Would have preferred the larger screen but the color gamut and processing power was what mattered. Hers died the week before and this was a huge upgrade for her.

    Solid Beginner to Mid-range Gaming Laptop

    This was a gift for my son. He wanted a gaming laptop that he could also use at college. This one worked perfect. For a beginner to mid-range gaming laptop, it is able to handle all of his games on a mid to high setting. The laptop is a little thicker but very durable.

    It's a very good laptop so far. I've had it for a month or so now and this boi is solid. Certainly well made. Id definitely recommend getting a cooling pad for under it, as all gaming laptops tend to run a bit hot, but it's perfect for what I've needed.

    It was a good laptop, plenty of power, and Asus always makes decent products. My screen broke within a week and a half though, so I'd say be careful and get the protection plan if you do get this laptop.

    Purchased this laptop for being a decent value for the equipment on the machine. Looking for a dedicated video graphics, quick, plenty of storage. Using for multiple reasons. One to do graphics and other things for my CNC machine. Good performance and easy to setup.

    Camera Doesn't Work and Support Can't Help

    Loved it until I needed the camera. The camera wasn't working and the driver somehow got deleted. ASUS has no way of downloading the driver and putting it back on the laptop, so I'm out of luck. Support was no help, just told me to factory reset my computer, which did nothing. I would prefer that if I buy a laptop for this much, it actually function the way its supposed to. Why put a camera on it if you can't ensure that it works properly?
