It runs pretty smoothly as a general laptop. Game graphics look good. Nothing super outstanding. It came with starfield but it took a little fidgeting with settings to get it to play.

Surprised with the capabilities of this gaming laptop, I can put game's graphics to the highest option without performance lags. Love the size and egonomics. Only problem is unplugged battery runs out quickly. Overall for the price a must buy!

I'm very impressed with this laptop. It has a solid construction, not flimsy. The added second NVME slot is just a bonus for expansion. It has a great display and it's fast, faster than I had expected. What brings it all home was the price for such a great package.

Picked for $750 and best bang for the money laptop out there. There is a third m.2 slot for another ssd. I added a 1tb name ssd and replaced the wifi card ($20) with a higher quality one and its been great ever since!

Excellent gaming computer, can handle any AAA game on the market, and handle it well! My only complaint is the speakers on this computer, they are barely there. If you are going to game I would suggest using headphones.

I thought it would be easier to stick the memory card in. I thought there would be a slot or a place to do it myself. turns out I'm going to have to pay someone to do it for me. Other than that great little laptop.

Great device for my gaming needs! The only thing I don’t like about it is the charger and the usb-c port are on the opposite side of the laptop than where it normally is and it’s a bit awkward to plug in

So happy to stumble upon this laptop on sale in store! Our son’s previous Asus finally failed and he needed a replacement for college and gaming. This has great specs and was definitely the best option in our emergency price range

Bought this to replace my old ASUS TUF Gaming Laptop that I bought back in 2019... So far I'm loving it, but I am a touch disappointed that the keyboard doesn't do colors like my old one did. Minor complaint, but still. :P

I bought this laptop at ending of 2023. The processor is so powerfull. Graphics Card and Screen are the best of the laptop, not only for demanding games, even profesionals softwares can run so fast.

The ASUS TUF Gaming Advantage Series come in a variety of configurations designed to satisfy the range of value gamer to more demanding. This review covers the value edition, and the bottom line is it didn't disappoint my casual gaming style. Like anything else, you spend more you get more, but I don't have any regrets on the performance this value model delivered. Not once while playing did I think, this computer is not up to the task, rather it let me dive into the game and forget the specs. As for the specs, it has decent amount of 16 gb DDR5 Ram, a FHD 165 hz free sync fast, sharp 1920 x1080 LCD screen, 512 gb PCIE storage, two USB A ports, two USB C ports, audio out, HDMI, and LAN port. Some might argue it's light on ports, but if you want a value computer, you are going to make sacrifices. I could live with these. It also saved money on the speakers (mediocre), fan design (got noisy under heaving gaming load), and brightness (or not) on the screen (fine for indoors, don't go outdoors). For a gaming computer, it correctly puts its money into the discrete graphics board based on the AMD Radeon RX 7600S GPU with 8 gb VRAM and the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS CPU, all packaged in a surprisingly good case design that was both solid (no real screen flex unless forced), and stylish with limited bezels. I’m fine putting it into a good backpack, though it was a tad heavy. This isn’t for taking to class. Other ergonomic features I really liked include the trackpad, a reasonable size and clicking tension, and the keyboard was okay. It tends toward the spongy side, but only slightly, definitely was usable. For some the included number keypad will be a plus, but for me it meant the direction arrows were on the small side. The surprising area where the computer shines is a longer than average battery life. You won't want to game on battery (it throttles performance), but you can do casual browsing and video playing for over 10 hours. Nitpicks include (that may or may not affect you), no biometric fingerprint recognition, a power cord that inserts halfway through the side, a dark exterior that acts as a fingerprint magnet, and along with fan noise, it gets way too hot for the lap under load. All in all, for me, it's a good set of compromises that delivers on cost. But does it deliver on gameplay? YES. The balanced combination of screen, CPU, and GPU meant it handled any game I threw at it. I spend most of my time in Elden Ring and it didn't seem to matter how many textures, particles, and hostiles were on the screen, it kept up solid, fluid game play. It worked well with my playstation controller out of the box. Yes, it got hot, even loud, but frame rate always kept up. I recommend it as a game computer if you are on a budget.
