I took 1 star off because Best Buy's specs said it had 1 16GB stick of RAM, and 1 empty slot, but it came with 2 8GB sticks, forcing me to buy 2 sticks of 16GB to upgrade.

Great gaming computer for the price, doesn’t run bigger games well though. Very fast and good display though.

I like how the keyboard lights up that is a bonus it is great for playing PC games and the screen size is cool.

Wow. Ordered my first one open box, came with blotches all over the screen and wasn't even packaged securely. It was loose in a cardboard box. I went to return or repair it and they pretty much said I was out of luck and to just return it. So, then I ordered a second one, had a dead pixel so I had to return it. Finally got a third one that worked and I still use it today. Pretty good laptop overall, but that's not the bad part. I was promised a 10% cash back for my new Best Buy Card, but since the first defective one was technically my first purchase and I had to return it, I didn't get the cashback. I contacted customer support and they sent me a frowny face saying there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed please buy from somewhere else until they can make their reward system not a scam.

I got this for ny son on Christmas, it works great! Customer service was awesome! We were helped promplty and given advice based on our needs

Really fast and powerful gaming laptop! I've never had a gaming PC before and was shocked at the quality of the graphics while using this. Battery love could be better, but not bad.

I have had to take this laptop in for repair MULTIPLE times, and for the price I paid that is inexcusable. I just took it in yesterday for the 4th time and the 3rd time I had to pay to have it sent back to ASUS for a hard drive and motherboard replacement because it was running extremely hot. If it's not fixed this time I will request a replacement.

Super easy to install, the fan is not incredibly loud, battery life could last a little longer but you can't ask for much when it's a gaming computer

Seen this laptop on sale for $750 then proceeded to look up the specs and thought " there's no way it's that good for $750". It was worth it

This is a great budget friendly laptop for work/games it handles anything I have thrown at it with ease but there are little quirks that make me really annoyed. The mouse lags sometimes but only on the desktop open a window and it goes away. Charges fast but drains even faster. And only bought the 500gb model go for the 2tb model if you like to game and save all your business and work on you laptop too!

Fans very loud i wouldn’t recommend it being that it is a laptop should be quiet I can’t imagine why its like that

Awesome computer, highly recommend buying a additional 2tb ssd upgrade and 2 sticks of ddr5 16gb ram. Keyboard is not rgb, it is just backlit if you are wondering!
