Recently bought this computer for school. So far computer runs great and is easy to navigate. Not to mention Best Buy open box conditions are pretty accurate. As well good customer service!

pretty good pc , good bang for buck for sure i like it its good on gaming the only thing is is takes it a while to load up but other then that pretty good 4 starts

It is a very realizable computer. I’m using with my Quest VR headset an ms Unity. If you need to work with rendering than you should buy the Nvidia graphic card one.

I purchased this laptop in November 2023 with zero issues until now. The adhesive is failing causing the screen to separate. The bezel literally chips off at the hinge each time it is opened or closed and at this point, I'm no longer able to use the laptop screen. A "2nd" monitor has to be plugged in to utilize the laptop. In this condition, it is no longer portable since the screen is in such a fragile state. I see that other reviews have experienced this same issue, however, ASUS support claims it is not recognized as a common problem. I have been a proud customer of ASUS in the past and now I will let everyone know to stay away from the company unless they're looking to spend $900 on a laptop that will only last a little over a year.

I love this device! Great sound quality, high speed internet, amazing graphics and lets me game without any problems. Also, helps me with my office work with no problems of storage space.

Excellent laptop so far Haven’t had many issues at all CPU does tend to run hot but not surface of the sun levels The smart access graphics is customizable and very convenient Would recommend

Really enjoy it, everything I wanted plus some. I do find it annoying that whenever you unplug the computer it blanks out for a second.

I received a used laptop sold to me as new, with the warranty being activated over a month before I received it. The laptop was puring hot just for the setup. There was also problems with parts of the keyboard not working and the paint job was not done well. Quilty control.

The overall quality is good. Performance wise is that it’s just like RTG 3060 performance. The dGPU feature makes a great 5% boost for all my games. It’s a ok gaming laptop with that price.
