Screen glitches out goes black, unplug charge stops working. Had someone over want to keep it until they left so we could watch movies while fighting through few issues, had to restart multiple times on one occasion I restart it about 10 times thinking it was done for. They left right in time for me to return it.

A Microsoft account is required to proceed with an install, what if this is your first windows pc? Maybe after using it for a while I may raise the stars, we will see. (less than 12 hours)

But the laptop temps are always high even for basic task and i got a heavy backlight bleeding issue on left top and bottom corners. it was even visible while watching youtube videos and using laptop normally. I thought of exchanging it but i thought i am not ready to use AMD as they are always overheat more than normal laptops. So i just returned it. Not sure whether i got defective one but not going with AMD and ASUS again
