I have had this laptop for 5 months and it is TERRIBLE it has a horrible cooling system and it overheats to the point it is unusable. I bought it for 1,300 and it is very much not worth that. I play Fortnite, valorant and Apex legends on it and after 30 minutes my game starts freezing and it starts moving on its own, it makes the games unplayable. It has a built in “virus protector” but it is actually a virus. It tries to get you to buy and renew your “virus protection” every 5 minutes. All of the ports are very hard to get things in and out of them and they break easily. Please take my word and do not buy this just get a pc, you can get a pc for the same price but much much better.

I will only give a two star rating because out of the box, the touchpad failed to operate and none of the posted "fixes" work. The touchpad doesn't return a descriptor ID to Windows and it doesn't show up in the BIOS. Seems like the touchpad is either broken or not connected. Disappointed.
