Brand new, screen issues.

I've had this for less than a month and the laptop screen will randomly go completely black, the keyboard LED shuts off, and I am disconnected from Wi-Fi. It happens for about three seconds, then things go back to normal. It's extremely frustrating, and with how much this cost and considering it's barely a month old, this shouldn't be having issues. Of course, the second the return window lapsed I started having issues, so I don't know what to do from here.

We understand how disappointing it is to encounter these issues on a new device, especially just after the return window has closed.
To help improve performance consistency, we recommend updating the BIOS. Before starting the update, please back up any important data, as the process may reset your current settings, applications, or files. Ensure that the device remains plugged in throughout the update, and avoid closing the lid until the procedure is complete. Detailed instructions are available in the FAQ guide linked below.
