My very first high end gaming laptop. Definitely a 11/10 product. It runs every single one of my games at the most optimal capability with the option to change my performance mode. This ASUS laptop has totally changed the game with its affordable price point and 32gb of ram. It also has some pretty amazing customization options you can even change the rgb. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’ve been using the assus for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed with what it offers — especially for the price. First off, the display is amazing. The OLED screen makes everything look vibrant and sharp — movies, school slides, and even everyday stuff like browsing just look better than on most regular laptop screens.

Great Laptop for gaming and having many application open. I can have all of the platforms open at once to complete my work daily. Also very fast!!!

Really good hardware for the price and performs great! The battery is not very good though. It'll last for awhile during normal use, but if you use it to play games or intense video editing, then plug it in because the battery is only going to last for 1 hour!

My son is a heavy gamer I have purchased two other laptops he always complains about lagging but not with this laptop had it for a few weeks no lagging he loves it

I'm a biiig fan of this laptop. I didn't buy it for gaming, but for writing SLMS so I immediately took out the ram and put in 2 crucial 32g sticks and oh my God, this thing is an absolute powerhouse. My local models run faster than my towers by a long shot.

This is my very first gaming laptop and I’m super proud to say that I absolutely love it! The graphics are crisp and everything runs smoothly. It looks super sleek. I love the gray and black color combo. The backlit keyboard adds such a fun pop of color to any gaming experience. I would 100% recommend this to any gamer looking for a first time gaming laptop!

Honestly with this laptop I feel like it’s better than others I’ve purchased because it’s faster software, it doesn’t lag and the battery last longest. I know if someone purchased they won’t be disappointed and Best Buy offered warranty which is the best part for future purchase especially in different countries like Mexico .

Well packaged, delivered on time. I bought it a few months ago and haven't had any problems so far. The charger is very good and the F16 hasn't had any difficulty running any of the applications.

I’ve been using the laptop for a couple of weeks now, and aside from some random issues with the video card, it is excellent. Downloaded new video drivers and it seems to have fixed the problem. This is marketed as a gaming laptop, but the system resources as also adequate to run assistive technology like my voice recognition software.

I love this laptop it runs every game great, sometimes i’ll run into issues with grams skipping but most of the time i can figure it out, the storage is great, the battery life is pretty decent and the build feels very sturdy

We purchased this laptop for business to be able to run photo/video editing, engraving, and Website programs and are not disappointed. It stays way cooler than other laptops. It actually holds battery life better than anticipated and it is rugged and design and not easily damaged thus far!

I love how simple the laptop is to maneuver. Great laptop for those just starting out playing PC games. It’s easy to set up & has amazing graphics. The price was so worth it. I highly recommended it!

Had now for a few weeks. Works great. I will be adding another SSD and more memory once prices drop. Handles all games and my CAD software easily. The display is fast, perfect for everything I do, and if you want a super 4k image you can just plug into a monitor.

The product is high quality and meets the requirements, but the service is terrible! After purchasing an iPad (paid for immediately), I received a credit card in the mail that I didn't know about and had to pay $60 a year for. I went to the store to find out why they had issued it to me, and they said there was nothing they could do and that I should contact the bank. They offered me a 20% discount on a laptop if I used this card and paid off the debt immediately. After purchasing a laptop for $1,200, I received $50. When I called the hotline, they said that the 20% was not from the dollar amount, but from points, and that it amounted to $50. I am very upset!!!
