||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it runs well. Im satisfied with it. As others mentioned, yes the fans do get quite loud. The keyboard layout takes a bit getting used to. The up-arrow key takes up the right-most section where the whole right-shift key would be on other typical keyboards. It does get annoying when I end up accidentally hitting the up-arrow key instead of the right shift-key while typing in general. Other than that, it’s a solid good laptop.

I got the protection plan to go along with it just on case anything happens. battery life is about 3 hours so just bring a charger with you. On sale I think a lot of gamers say it's really worth it. I just needed it for CM at cal poly and so far its worked well for revvit.

To help improve performance, we recommend restoring the BIOS settings by following these steps:
1. Turn off the system if it is currently powered on.
2. Once powered off, turn the system back on and start tapping the F2 key, located at the top of the keyboard, to enter the BIOS.
3. In the BIOS, press the F9 key to load optimized defaults and press Enter.
4. Finally, press F10 to save and exit.
