    It’s adequate for some people. I thought the 5060 was extremely disappointing, and underwhelming. 8 GB of vram is not even close to enough in 2025 and going forward.

    Brand new, screen issues.

    Would not recommend. Doesn't matter how nice the sale is, don't buy it. I've had this for less than a month and the laptop screen will randomly go completely black, the keyboard LED shuts off, and I am disconnected from Wi-Fi. It happens for about three seconds, then things go back to normal. It's extremely frustrating, and with how much this cost and considering it's barely a month old, this shouldn't be having issues. Of course, the second the return window lapsed I started having issues, so I don't know what to do from here.

    Despite the name, Best Buy has put me through an unbelievable amount of frustration. I requested an exchange for a damaged item I received. First, I was told the item wasn’t available. Then a phone agent instructed me to drive 15 miles to a store that supposedly had it in stock—only to be told once I arrived that they couldn’t process the exchange because the price had changed since Black Friday. From that point on, the online agents and in-store staff just kept passing me back and forth. No one took responsibility, no one actually helped, and all they managed to do was waste my time. Best Buy? More like Worst Buy. What a joke

    The screen has been acting up literally five days after Best Buy’s terrible 15 day return window. They make you buy a subscription to get a longer window. Their greed sickens me.

    If you buy this Computer from Best Buy it voids the manufacturer warranty. Dont do it! I would not reccomend this cheaply made computer with horrible customer service.

    I feel deceived by bestbuy.

    I bought this laptop but never get it. They left outside of the door and left . I contact with customet service and they said wait for 2 days for investigstion. Than they sent me mail and said i will have a refund. After mail i bought another laptop. I waited 15 days and told them i didnt have refund. They said they decided not to give me refund. I told them why you sent me mail that said i will get refund. No answer. I feel deceived. I never shop with bestbuy again.
