Good Deal, But Not Full Potential

Still, it delivers good FPS in most games, though I was expecting more. Since I got it on sale, I’d say it was a pretty good deal

Despite my months of research before purchasing a new Windows 11 Laptop, this misses the mark by a long shot. I use AutoCAD LT, running 2026 version and I have to wait up to 10 minutes between commands. Yes, I have prioritized it in the Windows power & battery settings, yes I configured my program to use the high-performance graphics card. If anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears. As of now, this computer is a very expensive machine that can not be utilized what's so ever. I was previously running an ASUS gaming laptop from 2017 with windows 10 almost flawlessly. Save your money, avoid this computer!

The keyboard feels spongy in the middle and its hard to use while gaming, so I hooked up a better keyboard to it. Everything else is amazing!

I've had this for less than a month and the laptop screen will randomly go completely black, the keyboard LED shuts off, and I am disconnected from Wi-Fi. It happens for about three seconds, then things go back to normal. It's extremely frustrating, and with how much this cost and considering it's barely a month old, this shouldn't be having issues. Of course, the second the return window lapsed I started having issues, so I don't know what to do from here.
