Customers are saying

Customers admire the TUF GAMING X570-PLUS motherboard's performance, ease of use, and BIOS, frequently citing its strong Wi-Fi capabilities and excellent price-to-performance ratio. Many appreciate the user-friendly setup and the inclusion of useful features. However, some users express concern regarding the lack of a USB-C header and the placement of the chipset fan, which can be obstructed by certain graphics cards. The motherboard's compatibility and RAM options are also frequently praised.

I love this motherboard. It has plenty of ports and I really like the WiFi interface. It's just as fast as a hardwired ethernet cable and saves me from having to run a wire. It is reasonable priced and performs well.

Excellent motherboard for Ryzen 3000 and 5000. Have used a 3600 and a 5900x on this and has had no issues. The only regret is I wish I would have spent a little more for a BIOS flashback button. If you do not enter ram timings in properly you have to jump two metal prongs with something metal to reset the BIOS settings.

Good gaming motherboard that was easily updated to allow me to use an AMD 7-5800 cpu. Easy to work with but adding support for wifi required me to install drivers after I installed windows 10 using the motherboard disc. I didn't have a dvd player installed, and couldn't use it to download drivers from the web. inconvenient...

Chose this board for my current build because I wanted to be sure that I would have options for future upgrades. It is paired with a Zen2 Ryzen 7 3700x, 2x8Gb G.Skill Ripjaws, and an MSI GTX 1660 Super. Already good to go to drop in a Zen3 cpu when they are more available. Looking at 5900x and M.2 drives for first upgrades.

Consider the TUF Gaming X570-PRO instead

Performed great while it lasted. I may have got a lemon, but the motherboard broke within the warranty period. I was bounced between Best Buy and Asus support a few times before Asus stepped up and processed an RMA. After a few weeks, they issued me a refurbished unit since they were unable to repair mine. No details on what broke were provided. Unfortunately, I use my computer for work, so I could not go with it down while the RMA was being processed. The TUF Gaming X570-PRO was released shortly after I purchased this motherboard initially, so I bought that for only $20 more, leaving me with a spare motherboard I don't need. Assuming I just had bad luck with my X570-PLUS, it is a good motherboard that performs well, but for the slight price bump, I'd recommend the PRO version with its newer specs.

This board has been performing quite well. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x in it and love the speed. I was able to overclock my memory from 3000 to 3200 with very nice timings. The motherboard supports lots of memory options and very good manual overlocking support for memory. Temps are low across the board. I'm taking away a star because of a few annoying things. Spread spectrum cannot be disabled which causes several monitoring apps to show your base clock at 99.8 meaning you don't see true 4.4ghz speeds. You're technically still achieving those speeds, it's just very dumb that we cant disable spread spectrum. This means you also cannot adjust the base clock. The reason it's annoying these features are not available is because this is the X570 chipset, the highest-end AMD AM4 socket chipset. Access to these basic features should be there.

Great mobo for gaming. The latches on the PCIE are complete garbage, but I’ve seen the same with a ton of asus boards. For a low priced x570 and if you could pair it with a Tuf 3080 it would be magic. Not a fan of rgb but has a small backlight on the header which is fine. Drivers, overclocking and performance have been great.

This board lands at the lower price point of the MSI X570 motherboards, yet it has features found on the higher end boards. It has an excellent power stability with Japanese capacitors. It is more than ready for the new Ryzen 9 3900x CPU. in addition, it has built in Wifi and Bluetooth. Everything about this board has met or exceeded my expectations.

This has been a really good board for a mid-level gaming system. I installed a Ryzen 7, 3600x into it and had no issues. All ports and connectors worked and it even supported the enormous number of fans I installed. I don't use the wi-fi so I cannot speak to that but BT works great. All said and done, very happy.

Bought a Asus X570 elite (wifi) didn't post, went into bestbuy got the only x570 MOBO they had in stock with wifi, posted first try but then windows wouldn't install, long story short had to disable wifi and bluetooth from the advance bios stetting, windows worked but when i re-enabled it it kept on giving the same error, plugged in my network card updated the drivers and worked. Pros: Asus Reliability Some RGB Actually nice if there isn't any drivers issue Works with my 2080super and r9 3900x Cons: Really annoying to set up CD (I know every MOMO comes with a CD instead of a flashdrive, but its 2020 who uses CDs anymore)

      Dear Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty installing Windows 10 to this machine. This is absolutely not the type of experience we want any of our customers to have. As you noted, Wi-Fi needs to be disabled in the BIOS when installing certain Windows 10 builds with this motherboard. A guide on this process can be found at the link below. It sounds like you were able to resolve the issue, but I will forward your feedback on the process and the inclusion of the driver installation CD to the Product team for review. If you have any general or technical questions, please email me at [email protected] and include case #N200343272 for reference.

      Thank you for choosing ASUS!

      Best regards,
      Lane

Great board for the Ryzen 5 CPU’s. Does have a problem where occasionally it doesn’t come out of sleep and you have to physically power it off and back on. I’m sure it’s just a BIOS setting, there are hundreds to fully control everything, but not something you’d expect out of the box.

This board is likely overkill for what I need, but it paired nicely with the 5600x I purchased along with it. Any onboard peripherals I'm not using are disabled (where the UEFI allowed). No issues to report for the roughly month I've had it

I will compare does board to Mike Tyson from the 90s it delivers unbelievable knockout punch when it’s paired with a Ryzon 3900 X Excellent board for gaming and it’s somewhat future proof outlook for the sales as the holidays are coming up but overall excellent board plenty of expansion slots 4.0 gen Compatible
