Fantastic MOBO for any build!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic MOBO for any build! I'm running a Ventus Trio 3070ti, AMD 5900x, 32gb 3600mhz RAM, and a EVGA 280mm water cooler on this MOBO and the results are fantastic. This MOBO will make a fine addition to any PC build that you are considering. It's "TUF" as heck and made with really high grade components.

Great MB
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent MB, WIFI and BT work great. Booted first time with no problem, but that could be because of careful assembly too. Only problem and should take a star off is the 2 pin headers for the HD LED ,the power On , reset, connection are still the same 2 pin header that dates way back to the 286's. Reason not to take a star off is most other MB still do the same.

Solid X570/Ryzen Experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received in late November 2020 with BIOS already updated to Version 2607, which enabled me to drop in a Ryzen 5600x and install Windows/update from there. Solid VRMs, good placement of fan and RGB headers. The X570 chipset fans do tend to run a lot of the time, given the placement of the top GPU slot, but overall I'm very pleased with this motherboard.

Won't turn on, despite MOBO RGB lights on.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this MOBO a few days ago, excited as it is my first ASUS. I've only heard good things. I've basically wasted the last three days trouble shooting the board. Day one is assembly. Finished it, but it won't turn on. I know the system has power, as the MOBO RGB lights are on. But hitting the power button on my case wouldn't turn anything on. Day two, I returned my case, assuming maybe it had a faulty Power SW wire or ect. Second case same problem. Day three, I went out and bought a 850w power supply, for the soul purpose of filling the last 4 CPU ATX cables out of 12 on the board. Still won't fire up. At this point I am researching the problem, and it seems the AM4 socket might be the issue, but I really have no idea. All I know is that I bought a motherboard that is probably never going to work, and that I have wasted my precious time off in futility. Thanks, ASUS.

Posted .Dear Maxwell,
I'm sorry to hear that you have been having issues powering on your motherboard. That sounds like a very frustrating issue. If you haven't already, please take a screwdriver and and bridge the gap between the positive and negative terminals for your case power header to short the circuit. You can find that header on page 16 of the manual linked below. Your board should power on at that point. Can you also send me your complete system specifications so that I can double check for any compatibility issues? Please reach out to me at [email protected] and include case #N200212761 in your email for reference. I'd like to help you troubleshoot this issue in more detail.
Thank you for choosing ASUS!
Best regards,
Lane

Fantastic Motherboard.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only had this board for a week so far but right now it's a major upgrade from the MSI - MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI. The MSI would hang upon start up, restart before I could enter my password, and sometimes disconnect my rbg keyboard and mouse. When starting this new motherboard, I got quick startup, keyboard and mouse have stayed connected, and haven't missed a password entry yet. Setup: 1. Love it so far
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unexpectedly had to do a new build and figured I'd give the new Ryzen 7 3700X a shot after rolling with Intel for about a decade. Runs like a champ so far, and decidedly cheaper than Intel. Yeah, I'd recommend this board. You get some of the bells and whistles without having to give up your firstborn.

Good Motherboard
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This motherboard has served us well. It’s inexpensive without being cheap. It’d be great if it had RGB accents, but for the value it’s overall worth it.

good board but some inconvenience
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good gaming motherboard that was easily updated to allow me to use an AMD 7-5800 cpu. Easy to work with but adding support for wifi required me to install drivers after I installed windows 10 using the motherboard disc. I didn't have a dvd player installed, and couldn't use it to download drivers from the web. inconvenient...

Excellent motherboard.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent motherboard for Ryzen 3000 and 5000. Have used a 3600 and a 5900x on this and has had no issues. The only regret is I wish I would have spent a little more for a BIOS flashback button. If you do not enter ram timings in properly you have to jump two metal prongs with something metal to reset the BIOS settings.

Consider the TUF Gaming X570-PRO instead
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Performed great while it lasted. I may have got a lemon, but the motherboard broke within the warranty period. I was bounced between Best Buy and Asus support a few times before Asus stepped up and processed an RMA. After a few weeks, they issued me a refurbished unit since they were unable to repair mine. No details on what broke were provided. Unfortunately, I use my computer for work, so I could not go with it down while the RMA was being processed. The TUF Gaming X570-PRO was released shortly after I purchased this motherboard initially, so I bought that for only $20 more, leaving me with a spare motherboard I don't need. Assuming I just had bad luck with my X570-PLUS, it is a good motherboard that performs well, but for the slight price bump, I'd recommend the PRO version with its newer specs.

Nice board, excelent value
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Chose this board for my current build because I wanted to be sure that I would have options for future upgrades. It is paired with a Zen2 Ryzen 7 3700x, 2x8Gb G.Skill Ripjaws, and an MSI GTX 1660 Super. Already good to go to drop in a Zen3 cpu when they are more available. Looking at 5900x and M.2 drives for first upgrades.

It's OK
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's an OK motherboard. The WiFi isn't WiFi 6/6e, but if you don't have super fast internet that's not a huge deal. My biggest gripe with this board is that there isn't a front USB-C header, so I can't use my case's built-in front USB-C port. I don't really think there's an excuse Asus could give me to justify not including one; it's kind of unacceptable at the price point regardless of when the motherboard was first released.

Overkill for my needs, but working well. :)
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This board is likely overkill for what I need, but it paired nicely with the 5600x I purchased along with it. Any onboard peripherals I'm not using are disabled (where the UEFI allowed). No issues to report for the roughly month I've had it

Decent mid tier gaming mobo
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great mobo for gaming. The latches on the PCIE are complete garbage, but I’ve seen the same with a ton of asus boards. For a low priced x570 and if you could pair it with a Tuf 3080 it would be magic. Not a fan of rgb but has a small backlight on the header which is fine. Drivers, overclocking and performance have been great.
