Paired together, these 2 components are an excellent upgrade option for someone on a mid-ranged budget. I play everything from mmos to more graphic intensive games (single player rpgs, FPS shooters, etc.), and EVERYTHING is running awesomely! Don't bother with more expensive components if you don't need to...these will do the job just fine!

It is a good motherboard when everything is working as it should. However, on the third build, I ran into an issue with the power switch on my case not functioning. That's when I found out that this motherboard does NOT have a jumper button!! There is no way to turn on your system without a power switch. That is so stupid it hurts my head. And it caused me to have to undergo several hours of troubleshooting to make sure it was the case before RMAing that. Including having to take apart a friend's computer and put all my parts in his case. When it should have taken me 30 seconds to grab a screwdriver and jump it. And be positive it was the case. It's one of those features where you don't need it, until you do. And even if you have a functioning case, it means you cannot build outside the case for a test boot before putting it in your case. Which is the recommended way to do it. Motherboards that are decades old have this feature, I cannot comprehend why Asus would leave it out. Avoid this board, get one that you can jump. Trust me you do not want this headache.

First time ive ever had this happen and ive built many systems with many boards. If you are buying this board you wont regret it, just be very VERY careful with your connectors. Board still works fine. only rating 4 stars cause Wifi connector feels super flimsy but It works well.

Installation wasn’t bad, had an issue at first not recognizing my ram speed until I changed to the xmp profile on the bios. Lots of settings to play with in the bios and WiFi worked without any problems. My only gripe is doesn’t have an additional port for my front Usb c on my front IO. Otherwise, it’s great with many expansion options on board. Highly recommend.

Well-built, thoughtfully laid out connectors and easy to work with. My one criticism of this board is that it does not include a USB (USB 3.1 Gen 2) front panel connector. I had to add in a 3rd party card, and that's enough to knock off a star. It's a glaring omission in 2021. (The board includes on USB-C on the back panel, but no front panel connector.
