Many appreciate the user-friendly setup and the inclusion of useful features. However, some users express concern regarding the lack of a USB-C header and the placement of the chipset fan, which can be obstructed by certain graphics cards. I hear tell that some x570 boards run loud because of an on-chip heatsink. This one does not. I am still waiting on my case in the mail. With no covering at all, the system is making less noise than other ambient sounds in the room. And the BIOS is very easy to use. After two weeks I have no complaints. I'm glad I didn't go cheap on my motherboard. I only wish there were a couple of Thunderbolt ports, but AMD motherboards only very recently got legal clearance to have those. Oh well, next upgrade.

This would get 5 star if Windows 10 wouldnt encounter problem during installation. Please beware!! When you try to install Windows 10 on newly-built PC with this motherboard, the Windows crashes on blue screen. After hours of frustration I found the solution on the internet: First through BIOS page, under Advanced setting, under connected device, turn off LAN and disable WIFI and Bluetooth. Then install windows. Because when you install Windows you dont have access to internet. With another laptop, go to Asus X570 website and download 3 Updated drivers for LAN, Wifi, Bluetooth (+ Winrar to unzip files). Put drivers on a flash drive. Then install Winrar and these 3 drivers from flash on newly-built PC. Then restart and go to Bios and turn back LAN on and Enable Wifi and Bluetooth. Afterwards when you go back to the Windows, connect to the internet and install Asus software and through that software update/install all drivers. Finding this solution on the internet took me a lot of time, hopefully your precious time is saved.

One of the best rated boards for its tier, actually swinging somewhat high for its tier ("high-end-but-not-$700-flagship"). Memory support is good, VRM's are great, header choices are ALMOST great. One caveat from me is that it does not have the header for a case-front USB-C. The Crosshair VI Hero had that header even though it only supported USB 3.1, AKA REGULAR OL USB 3. This board has a full-featured USB 3.2 GEN 2 on the back, both C and A, but no header. Why Asus, why? Oh, and the RGB isn't really RGB. It shows up and can be changed in the compatible RGB program, but anything other than the default rainbow sweep just turns it off.

Working well with G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 ram and a Ryzen 3600 that I plan to upgrade in the future. PcIe 4.0 for future upgrades as well. Great VRM as well. Best X570 board in the price range.

Easy to set up in case. Components fit properly and looks awesome. The one draw back is that there is no integrated video card. Still a great motherboard.

Chose this over the Aorus Elite. Both in the same respective price range. Paired with a Ryzen 3700x. No complaints. Works like a charm. Another quality Asus product!

a lot nicer than my previous motherboard, my previous one had no Wi-Fi capabilities built in. It also had a very annoying issue that only had one light for error for any component. This motherboard on the other hand has great Bluetooth/Wi-Fi built in, and it has multiple lights to show error with the different components if anything were to go wrong.

Was looking to build a gen3 Ryzen system and this had everything I needed. The built in WiFi is great and system had no issues POSTing. However, I can not get the addressable RGB to work at all. The header for it on the board is very loose and the connector will not stay connected. The onboard RGB on the board only comes on when the system has been shut down and the power supply switch in the on position - Does not work when computer is running or at any other time. While I'm not big into RGB, it would still be nice to be able to set it up, since it is there.

Picked this up yesterday at a local Best Buy location to accomodate my new 5600x. I was worried that it wouldn't have the correct BIOS. The one I got had the 2607 revision (verified by looking at the sticker on the mobo prior to purchase) and it booted up with little issue (had to enable CMS to get drives to boot), no flashing required. Very happy with it so far and the wifi works great.

Amazing motherboard with great support and solid performance, the ONLY downside is the placement of the primary PCI slot and the cooling fan for the chipset. ANY kind of standard length card covers that cooling fan which can hurt your performance across your entire system if you're pushing it and need to cooling. To stop this from happening you need to vertically mount you graphics card which requires a case capable of supporting that and the PCI extension/brackets as well.

No problems but ran into a few things. I do wish the manual was a little more clear. On one page of the manual when talking about hooking up the power supply, it says do not hook up only a 4 pin for cpu power, but do an 8 or an 8 and a 4 since only a 4 may cause it to overheat. Then later it shows a picture of you hooking up only a 4. (To just have it take up half of the 8 pin slot.) That is confusing. Also, many power supplies, like mine, dont have an 8 connector at all, but have two 4s instead. After talking to many people and doing research, I found I could hook up both 4s to get to 8 total pins. I did one to the 8 slot and one to the 4 slot. Wish it would have mentioned that as a possibility. Windows 10 did not pick up the wifi drivers, so be sure and save the drivers to a thumb drive in advance if needed! Also, bios picked up my hard drives but wouldn't boot them. Manual doesn't mention this, but I had to go into bios and select a compatibility mode of legacy only instead of the new + legacy, for my ssd to boot. Hope this helps!

This is the 3rd TUF series motherboard I've had since building my own computers in the early 2000s. My current one is 7 years old and still holding up like a champ. The only reason I am upgrading to this now is for support of the Ryzen AM4 chip series. When you compare this to the ASUS ROG motherboards for features, the TUF series comes out ahead because it has a few less "pretty frills" that the ROG has. I build my computers for function, speed, longevity first, and aesthetics last. That said this is still a beautiful piece of technology and with the support for AuraSync still gives what you need for a fraction of the cost.

Your Motherboard is really the heart of your entire PC, it's important to get one that is right for your set up. This one had everything I was looking for PCIe 4 for newer 4th gen M.2 SSD's. The only thing this motherboard did not have enough of was PWM headers for fans. My build is using a total of 8 fans. I had to purchase a corsair commander pro to expand my PWM headers. So far this board has maintained good temps. I'm not a fan of the chip set fan being underneath the GPU. This board is great, and I've used TUF boards since 2012. I would say this is definitely a mid level tier board.

This is the best budget x570 motherboard and will get the job done for now and many years to come. I’m currently building my first gaming rig and after a lot of research, I decided to settle on this. It will provide support for ryzen 5000 series and will manage a 3000 series card just fine. Unless you’re going for a very aesthetic looking desktop, then this motherboard is a good option and you should definitely consider it. Also, it comes with a wifi 5 router and even though I recommend using Ethernet for the best internet connection, this is still a nice addition.

I purchased this for use with a Ryzen 3700x, 8 core/ 16 thread and a RTX 2060 Super and it has been great. Easy to set up and the intel NVME SSD that I used worked with no issues. I also have RipJaw DD4 - 3600 cl 16 ram. I play games, RIP DVD's and edit family video's with no issues, much faster than the intel 7700k that I used to have. AMD and ASUS got it right for this one and i have the ability to upgrade the CPU with a Ryzen 4000 series when they are released if I choose. Honestly having that option is good, but this system is a beast and does what I need for now and in the future.
