difficult to understand feature set-up and application

Very staticky and can’t hear the caller clear enough.

After a month of use, the phone echoed to people calling in. I called ATT support and they said to reset the phone by unpluging, wait 5 minutes and plug back in. That did not help. They told me to send it in for repair. I did. I received the phone and after a month it echoed again. I reset the phone and this time the echo went away. But it came back the next day.

Phones stopped working for no reason and they were retuned

Not user friendly, difficulty linking it to the cell. It was actually a gift for someone. I helped them to set it up and found that it was not as easy the Panasonic ones I had previously used.

bought 2 of these both did the same thing, when trying to call out, sounds like the phone just doesn't dial right, very slow and funny beeping.

Missed calls can be accessed only on the base, and not on the handsets. Very inconvenient for old handicapped users. (unless there's a way we don't know about) Stan Levin

Bought it on the "quick" thinking it just might work well with my service provider which is AT&T. Very difficult to operate in many instances. Plus it only rings twice. Called AT&T hoping they could do something to get it to ring more, but after an hour of some young lady at the other end trying, it was no use. Decided then after having it hooked up for a few days to return it.

I have had this phone about 8 months - it stops working - meaning we have no dial tone. This has happened about 5 times so far, and usually unplugging it, wait a couple of minutes, then plug it back in makes it work. Well, today that does not work, nor does unplugging, disconnecting the battery and waiting a few minutes. I'm done with this phone - just sharing my experience

This phone is not what i expected and it was too different from what i have had before, the set up was a little weird so i took it back

i cannot get phone to work. i charged them but when i connect to phone jack there is no dial tone. i pay for geek squad but when i tried to get an appointment the peron was very rude and said the could not help me figure out why the phone doenot work.

Not user friendly. Had to return because I couldn't get the system to work properly. I am tech savvy but found this setup too confusing. Was switching from an old Uniden but still prefer it to this new set.

ON THE DIFFICULTY MET INSTALLING THIS UNIT I PERSONALLY GIVE IT MINUS 5 STARS. RIGHT NOW WE ARE WITHOUT PHONE SERVICE AND I AM TIRED OF CALLING SPECTRUM TO HELP WITH THIS FAILURE.AS AN NONOGENARIAN, I FOR ONE NEED A CHILD TO HELP ME CORRECT THIS FAILURE.

These phones disappoint. Lack many features, like speed dialing.

extreme difficulty to set-up. Had to call Comcast twice to get it to work. Also had to call AT&T several times to understand there instructions.

For some reason this phone randomly stops having a dial tone or sound. I can use it fine for several days and it will work fine then the next day it won’t work and I will have to unplug it and plug it back into get it to work. Not a big problem but an annoyance. What if I need to make an emergency call and can’t?? Could be a big problem! Would not buy again.

Doesn't work well keeps cutting out.. Price was right but I guess you get whAT YOU PAY FOR. mY OLD PHONE WORKS BETTER

Worst Cordless phone system to setup. AT&T just doesn't know how to make their systems easy and/or understandable for their customers. Even after 3-4 hours with customer service didn't help. The equipment is great, but I returned it. Went with Panasonic.
