Bought this phone for my new small busness office and returned it rather rapidly due to poor sound quality, lack of durability, and the fact that it did not include a message center (my mistake - I did not read the description and assumed it had same). I was looking for a quality, nice looking and high performance phone to place on my primary desk, but this phone did not function correctly. I suppose it looked nice, but it's function was disappointing. I returned it and Best Buy was the BEST - they gladly took it back and I bought another brand.

Cant see lcd screen since there is no light and got it for my mom because lcd was big...on box lcd is blue and is faulse advertising and we are very unhappy and will be returning it...on box in tiny writing it says lcd color is different than pic on box...SMFH AT&T!!

Cant believe this! I purchased 4 of these for office use and the large display has gone out on all of them within days of one another. Phone still works but no display I'd save my money and stay away from this product!

PHONE SUCKED WASTE OF MONEYTRIED TO GET A REFUND AND I HAVE BEEN DENIED TO GETTING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE…….., AND WAS OFFERED TO PAY FOR A PREMIUM MEMERSHIP AFTER SPENDING OVER $300 ON MY AC UNIY

Phone does not show anything on caller ID. It says battery not attached. The brand new batteries are attached correctly. Is there a phone number I can call to get assistance. I am a senior senior! Thank you

returned it immediately when I found this out!! ridiculous....would have been just what I needed otherwise

I bought this phone on 4/10/21. On 7/21/21, it shot craps. Trying to get help on line is like putting a Jig Saw puzzle together. I've had it.

Great quality, sounds like my mom is in the same room with me, very clear no static. Speaker phones are great on cordless phones, you can have them next to you. This phone because it does have a cord and if you are not near the speaker the person sounds distant. Hers is on the wall with a 24” cord so she can sit down causing her not to be near the speaker she sounds distant, so she doesn’t use the speaker. If it was placed on a desk near you it would sound good. All in all she loves it!

It arrived broken, the indicator light doesn’t work.

Good phone, easy to set up and use. The speaker works very well. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that batteries are required for the speaker phone to work.

I bought this phone for my 98 year old grandmother because she has a hard time hearing on cordless phones with her hearing aids. She can hear the person she is talking to with out interference.

bought the phone for its big numbers, caller id, and works perfectly right out of the box. After you make a second trip to the store for batteries.

I bought this speaker phone for my sister who had a hand injury...The phone is great...She doesn't have to worry about batterries going out...The voice and sound recognition is clear..The numbers are big and bold....Purchased a long cord so the phone can go many feet in any room...

This is the perfect phone for working from home! I have used it in the past with awesome results but wanted a new one. So happy this model is still available. I was able to hook up a Plantronics S-12 to it so that I could use my headset (instead of using the handset on the phone). The large easy-to-read screen (that tilts) is Great! I would highly recommend this phone!

i bought it for the big buttons & large display, programing requirs weird logic , not very user friendly. biggest down fall is caller i d . it just gives the # with no name, so i plugged in old phone & it's caller id gives both

This is a great phone for my 85 year old mother, and she loves all of the features it offers.

this is a really good telephone which has large size alphanumeric characters. the caller id is visible but also light up in a dark room. given the price point, there are a lot of features to take advantage of when using.

A practical desk phone and what I had been looking for. I only wish that the display screen would light up on incoming calls and when checking the call log.

I just needed a basic speaker phone for the kitchen. My biggest complaint is that there is no backlight for the display. My phone is not in a well lit area, so it is hard to see who is calling.
