Easy to do at Home! Plug in and Set up with easy to understand directions! Great for an elderly person, who needed multiple phones around the home, so she could answer the phone, without rushing to find where the phone was! Great Sound Quality Speaker phone feature good for physically weakened senior!

Bought this AT&T handset system to replace my mother's much older AT&T system. A good and reliable product that's easy for my mother to use.

We needed a simple phone set and this one does what we need. It's easy to use but has additional features.

This telephone is simply amazing. The first one I bought had to be returned because there was no dial tone. The new one walked me through the entire process of setting up my phone. Also, the phone comes with 2 handsets which can be placed in any room since they are wireless. What impressed me most was the call blocker feature which eliminated all spam calls and the 22 minutes of answering time for messages.

Good quality clear sound but difficult to program but overall ok machinery

Great cordless system. Easy setup and operation. Transfer to mobile nice feature.

Pro: call screening. I love this feature. Any phone number that is NOT in my directory gets screened. This eliminates spam callers. And best of all the phone doesn't ring so you don't have to pick up those annoying phone calls! Con: I miss the call announcement feature. I'm not sure why it's not included on this model. My very old At&t had it and I loved it.

Phones work properly, quality is ok 4 the price easy to use basic functions.

If it hadn't been for the fact that I found this item cheaper elsewhere, this would have been a good buy. Most of all, the agent who waited on me with the return's work effort ought to be lauded. Besides his kindness and patience, he went above board to ensure it was a fast and seamless transaction. He wasn't judgemental, andthe experience wasn't awkward or unwelcoming.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased this same system over the last 20 years. Somehow, AT&T keeps getting smarter with the arrangement and usage of its many, many features. Love this set-up and the range is great!

Despite the complexity of the system, the basic operation, reception, sound quality, and visual clarity of the ATT phones have been very good.

Great reception on the phone the color of the phones were great

it work but all the special feature only work with the base not the head set .. so no blue tooth ,, contact , , you are limited what you can do with head set as to what you can do with base unit

Actually I am very disappointed with this product. I find it very difficult to get it setup to get messages. I have missed several calls and I have a problem following the multitude of directions in the manual that came with it. Friends/relatives call and there is. No message. I wish I could get it to work properly- like announce who the caller is and take a message. I’m very frustrated. I know I’m old but I have never had such problems with equipment before. Tell me what to do? Ron Thomas
