Because our other phone stopped working and we are STILL having a home phone line we needed a new phone with a recorder. Plus I missed having an extra home phone in our sun porch. So far the new phones works well. I appreciate the larger numerals and display because I needed them.

I was concerned because I was switching this for another phone and didn't know if I'd be without phone service while charging them. So I tried without hooking it up to my landline and they charged just fine. That gave me time to enter in the directory from the old phone one number at a time, double checking to make sure I put in the right numbers. Then all I had to do was record my outgoing message and hook them up to the landline. It didn't take long to adjust to using it and so far I have no complaints. I didn't realize that it does tell you WHO is calling if you let it ring more than two times and I do get a giggle at some of the pronunciations.

These phones are the best you can buy. I have had 3 sets now and they have all been great.

I've had a few phone/answering systems over the years and I must say for a home system this is the best that I have owned. Plus it is expandable. Absolutely a great phone/answering system for the price. I highly recommend....5 stars ****** all the way around!

Sales representative was very helpful. The phone set works well and I appreciate the larger buttons. The only recommendation for the product is to make the handsets with the capability to stand on their own when away from the mount.

As much as I like this cordless phone system for my elderly parent the volume needs to be louder for those with hearing impairment. It was easy to program though it did take a full 12 hours for the batteries to charge. The price is affordable and shopping at Best Buy is always a win win for everyone!!

The first set I purchased would not get a dial tone. Exchanged it for another. Overall, I am very pleased. This purchase was for my mother with macular degeneration. The buttons were easy to program and large enough that she can navigate them.

Replaced our old phones with this. They are great, my husband uses hearing aids and the speaker function has worked wonderfully. Very easy to use battery life is great

Keep buying phones for my mom because she can't understand what people are saying, especially in a recorded message. Problem solved. She loves this phone and says it's very clear. And I don't have to yell anymore!

Purchased for an elderly friend. She loves it! Gives her an extra handset so she can always keep one charging. It is easy for her to use too!

My Mom Loves her New Phone! It was a surprised gift for Mother's Day. She says it rings very loud(she has hearing aids) & the numbers are easy to see w/o her reading glasses.

Bought this phone for an older person who lives in an Assisted Living Facility. They were using an old princess phone. Now that they can see the person and number calling they do not have to be bothered answering calls that are inappropriate.

Easy to hook up, had some questions but customer service is efficient and friendly and it works like a charm.

I got these to replace my existing phones when I switched from a landline to cable internet. I should have bought the 3 handset option since I ended up ordering another handset. These are easy to set up and use, and I am very happy with them.

I purchased this set for my elderly mother who lives in an assisted living home. She really likes it, and says she can hear things so much better with this set vs the old phone set this one replaced.

Purchased for my mom, which she have a hard time seeing and hearing. This phone is just right for her especially the features. The numbers lights up and also calls out the the name of the person calling. I would advise customers to but it. It’s a good product.

The phone that I purchased is a cordless with and extra phone. The reason I like this phone is I can take the phone off bass to answer. The caller Id I especially love you can listen from anywhere in the house for who's calling. Everyone should go and purchase this item.

I am using this in my kitchen and den. I don't always use my cell and my landline phone was over 20 years old. Needed something simple and answering machine as well. So far it has been great.
