I switched from another brand and am very glad that I did. It has a lot of features that I like, large back-lit keypad, loud ring, general ease of use and more.

Great Phone for older people

The can also be adjusted to help them hear varying tones of conversation

Large numbers...announcement of identify of incoming call.....Very easy to use. In this age of cell phones, I still like my landline and this is a great choice

Helpful for my 88 year old mother

She had not had a phone like this before but adapted to it fairly easily. The larger screen and numbers are very helpful. She can now use the basics of the answering system well.
