Easy to set up. Easy to see big numbers. Easley to use answering system. Battery life is good.

I bought this gift for an elderly friend who has manual dexterity problems and can't use a cell phone. Also has hearing problems. It hasn't been installed, yet, but we like the large buttons and large display. Essential for this person. It appears to be fairly easy to use the phone and the answering system.

This has been the best cordless phone I ever bough especially for the price. buttons are big so my mother can see them and the volume can be turned up loud. easy to operate as well.

Bought this item to replace an 'old dog' that had given good service but deserved retirement. Found out the the other cordless i had in the rec room was not compatible with the DECT 6.0 technology so I ordered the single phone CRL30102. They work well together. I was pleased that the base unit gave the third phone the appropriate number when it was registered in the base. I was extremely happy with the sound quality. I no longer have to hold the instrument tight against my ear to hear and it sounds ling the person is in the same room. One slight drawback: The spoken caller ID. Neither my wife nor I could understand what the voice was saying. We even compared what we were hearing with the printed caller ID on the display screen and it was still unintelligible. My solution was to turn the spoken feature off. The display is sufficient. We don't need to hear the words spoken. More often than not we aren't in the same room with the base, but can see the display on the the handsets.

Perfect phone for home use especially if not "married" to a cell phone. It was easy to set up with our ATT "landline" account. Our "Senior" household appreciates having a fully charged phone which is easy to locate in addition to our cells which are easy to misplace or to forget to charge. Having a second handset is very convenient for answering quickly when in another part of the house. Cordless is great for privacy in a shared household. Answering system is great for missed calls when out or in the basement.

Phone charged fast and keeps a charge, the sound is very goog and is easy to use. you can adjust the loudness of the ring. It works very good.

We bought this phone for our 100 year old mother who has moderate hearing loss and badly arthritic hands. She is able to use it just fine, which is saying a lot. Good sound quality, clear numbers and easy to follow directions as well.

The base phone was a replacement for an ancient Panasonic unit with talking caller id. I also ordered a second unit. Both units arrived a day early. They were simple to install as I already had a wall mount in the kitchen. The base unit took about 15 minutes to install because I had to route a new charger cable. The remote was just plug and play. The talking caller id works well. I use my own voicemail system (phone company) which was operational within a few minutes. I have not tried the built in answering system. All other features work as advertised and I am very pleased with these units and I recommend them to anyone who uses landline services.

I had been delaying replacing our cordless phones because of the technology makes it harder and harder to understand. Our phones were over 15 years old, but I was afraid of the new technology which gets more difficult with each advancement. These phones were easy to set up and use and work perfectly. The sound is great and the technology is not overwhelming.

We are dinosaurs with a land-line. Our old phones gave up the ghost after more than 15 years. These seem to work well, but they use a proprietary battery, rather than regular Ni MH AAA cells like the ones that this set replaces. That more or less makes them Disposable. Other than that, they do work well, and were relatively easy to program. They have a fair display; I'm tired of numbers that are stacked rectangles, but at least it is large and has good contrast and backlighting. We'll see how long they last. I'm checking "Yes" on the recommend section, but with that caveat.

Easy to use, great visual screen and easy to understand operations manual

Bought this for my mom, large display, easy to read and large buttons. Easy to use message recorder and over all good sound quality with the phone and message playback.

The sound is loud and easy to use and easy to set up. The buttons are big.

Buttons are big and visible, there are not a lot of buttons on the base so it is less confusing for elderly users not good with technology (if everything is set up for them, but generally pretty easy). Caller ID and audio announcing is a life saver. And it is really UL Listed! The display text is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, as well as not as visibly contrasted as the photo shows.

It's a very good item Easy to use. Simple to startup. No problems at all.

We had a similar version of this phone for 15 years. This new one is very similar but with some new bells and whistles. We especially like the fact that it speaks the number we are dialing. volume adjustment is good and everything is easy to understand. We are still holding onto our land line. This may be the last time we are able to replace a phone like this.
