This is the second purchase of this same unit. The first one's power adapter was zapped by a fluke power surge. The original one worked extremely well and I was able to use the previous unit's handsets with this new one giving us more cordless handsets to use with the new base.

It must be good! 11 years ago we bought an AT&T cordless phone. Today we picked out the same phone and didn't realize it until we took it out of the box to install it and found the same instruction book and wall mount.

Bought for an aging parent to use in Assisted Living apartment. The “speaker” function alone made it a great purchase and family living at a distance can at last be heard and understood.

Lightening struck the one I had so I wanted to replace it with the same model and did... Ordered it and it cam to my house no problems.. A relative saw mine and ordered one just like it.

The ease of use for these phones is good. My one problem is that they have severe static at times. I have tried everything to make the static go away but there are times when I need to stop my call and redial to person.

It seems like a decent phone, sometimes there is some crackeling and poor connection with it. Im thinking it may be the carriers problem and not the phone. will have to wait and see as time goes on.

Perfect for my needs. Main handset with answering machine in bedroom. Second handset in the living room area. So far so good. Instruction manual very good. Covers about every thing you need in a phone.

These phones work great clear sound easy to use !!

Good buy. Learning to operate was not completely user-friendly. But, after a week we were comfortable with the operation of the phone and answering machine.

Works fine; but feels too light. I'd like it to feel more solid. Also, would like to have option to block repetitive calls.

Landline- very dependable, efficient and good. Great backup system.

Needed to replace another AT&T cordless phone system. This new one is great. The speaker on it is clear and with the system speaker telling us who's calling, it's very helpful so we don't answer if we don't know who's calling.

We use this land-line phone as an emergency backup. We had an identical phone that lasted for years until the rechargeable batteries naturally wore out. This phone works great and I suspect I'll last for years too.

Needed new phones and these had similar features to what I was replacing. Very good phones. Good value and work well. I would certainly recommend them.

Pleased with AT&T expandable cordless phone system purchased on 8/27/2020. Have since added extra phone, There is occasional static sound but overall good product. Stil learning the different aspects of new phones. N. Lessard

I bought these for my mother to replace her old ones since they weren't in the best condition anymore. I set them up for her and they seemed to work fine for a while. But now when the phone rings, it's a mystery who is calling about 70% of the time because the caller ID doesn't load. Not sure if someone changed something in the settings or if it's a problem with the phones or the service provider. I checked the settings myself and everything seemed ok there. And old phones would always show who is calling. So that makes me lean more towards a problem with the phones.

Great product! It was a holiday present to my parents and they love it.

This is the best telephone that I have purchased for my mom. The large numbers on the keypad and the loudest of the ringtone have made both of us happy. I have recommended it to others.

so far they work fine if you need land line is a good option.
