Buttons are big and visible, there are not a lot of buttons on the base so it is less confusing for elderly users not good with technology (if everything is set up for them, but generally pretty easy). Caller ID and audio announcing is a life saver. And it is really UL Listed! The display text is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, as well as not as visibly contrasted as the photo shows.

We are dinosaurs with a land-line. Our old phones gave up the ghost after more than 15 years. These seem to work well, but they use a proprietary battery, rather than regular Ni MH AAA cells like the ones that this set replaces. That more or less makes them Disposable. Other than that, they do work well, and were relatively easy to program. They have a fair display; I'm tired of numbers that are stacked rectangles, but at least it is large and has good contrast and backlighting. We'll see how long they last. I'm checking "Yes" on the recommend section, but with that caveat.

Purchased this as a replacement phone for an elderly parent, and while they can use it, they are a little overwhelmed. It is used for call screening, and of course making calls, however my parent is a little confused on how to listen and delete messages. Luckily, I can remote call in to the phone, and both listen and delete their messages.

We had a similar version of this phone for 15 years. This new one is very similar but with some new bells and whistles. We especially like the fact that it speaks the number we are dialing. volume adjustment is good and everything is easy to understand. We are still holding onto our land line. This may be the last time we are able to replace a phone like this.

I was concerned about quality as, frankly, no landline phone gets really stellar ratings. However, I am very pleasantly surprised. The phone works well, sound is good, buttons are large and clearly labeled for additional functions. The manual is very clear and functions are largely intuitive. Buy this one!

My grandma was resistant to changing her home phones but not that she has these she loves them. The numbers are large and easy to see and push. Having the phone/answering machine combo saves space. They have help up well and were a good value.

These phones are awesome! They have big bright multifunction buttons and a very large easy to read screen. The phones stay charged up for days. The voice is nice and clear with adjustable tone levels. You can adjust the volume for different rooms.

My mom's cordless phone was dying & we needed something quick. She is 87 and yes still has a landline - lol. I wanted something with large enough buttons that would be easy for her to read & were illuminated. She also wear hearing aids. There is an adjustment on the phone just for that.

I love these phones! The buttons are big and when you press the numbers it talks and tells you what you are dialing. It has a speakerphone, call directory, answering machine, clear voice, so many great features. I'm going to buy my parents one.

The last phone(s) we had required scrolling through menus to listen to messages, erase messages, and we never figured out how to remove the number of missed calls. With this phone, the base has a button to push to listen to messages, then an X to push to erase messages. Push the X twice and all messages go away. In this age of spam calls, when you want to get rid of that missed calls count, hold the "off" button down for a couple of seconds. Gone! Brilliant. No scrolling needed...or wanted.

Great phone package with answering machine and 2 phones. Both of them are crystal clear to hear and were very easy to set up. Definitely an improvement of my old phones and answering machine.

Easy to use, great visual screen and easy to understand operations manual

Scrolling your website isn't the easiest thing for someone who doesn't do this that often. My son is a disabled vet and needed a new house phone. getting two chargeable phones for the price of one was what we needed and what you had. The old phone would run out of battery too fast. Now, one charges when one is being used. It's how we keep connected dur9ing the pandemic. Order came one day earlier than expected, no issues. What was even better was that I had a coupon from buying his Christmas present from best Buy that we had to use. The phone was less than $ 20 !

Very easy to use. Very easy to install. It has big numbers. Very colorful. I'm a grandmother of 80 years old. I dind'n call my children to install my phone.

they work great. it is so nice not to have to run thru the house to answer the phone. i love the big bright numbers. i like the way it repeats number or letter as i make a call.

Love that it audibly tells you who is calling before you have to get up and look!
