It works fine, but.

But I turned off the audio call announcing because it was constantly mispronouncing the names. Also cannot seem to lower the ringer volume on the main charger/answering machine unit. it is deafening loud.

AT&T Crl32202 phone - good concept BUT..

The voice assist did not work. It also seemed a bit flimsy. I switched it for another AT&T model with one corded, one wireless that was same price, better quality.

There is a bit of static on the audio and unlike others phones I have had where you could change the modulation with a push of a button these do not have that.

No improvement over my last AT&T,

Couple things I don't care for: Phone doesn't sit, bottom is not flat .. my old AT&T phone was so you didn't have to hold it all the time. Voice announcement is horrible, need to find out how to turn off.

Phones have good features and durability.

Sticks straight out of the wall and it’s weight will over time cause it to loose contact with the wall plug.

Since a land line is usually for the elderly, they should make the operation easier. If the handset matched the info on the base it would be better
