AT&T Cordless Phone w/2 handsets-Already problems

While I like the product, the screen on one of the handsets is already malfunctioning and I have not yet had time to return it.

Poor Management

You may see me say this many times since we purchased from them many times before and was treated poorly and won’t desk there anymore.

Landlines will soon be extinct!

Phone actually worked great the 1st month. Unfortunately the phones are now acting up, the people calling us cannot hear when we answer the phone. I have checked the mute button and it isnt the problem. I cut the power and removed all the batteries and replaced them after powering up the bases hoping to reset the phones but nothing seems to work. Wife ordered another phone but different supplier but now we are hearing there will be a delay because of the carrier.

ATT&T new phone review

There is a screeching sound if two handsets are being used at the same time. I contacted ATT&T Tech Support line only to be told that these phones are no longer being produced and no phone help was available---that maybe I could go online and get some "chat" help. Also the design is such that you cannot set the phone down on a table or other surface to free up your hands--handset MUST be held. These phones were bought as "regular" merchandise; they were not on a clearance sale--which should have been made known if they are no longer produced.

BATTERY LIFE IS HORRIBLY-DONT BUY

Have one by me and haven’t talked on it and 1 bar is gone. Had one similar to this 1 and had for over 7 years, before battery life was an issue. Do not waste your money.

The handset is not very ergonomically comfortable when using it for a longer period of time.

Ring tone annoying, average phone

Doesn't do anything great, but is functional. There are better choices out their for a bit more money. Would opt for higher priced phone next time.
