I am having problems with this item!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave it a fair rating because I can't get a dial tone, can't call out and can't receive calls. My provider did troubleshooting on 09/25/2020 with no positive results. So I don't know if there is fault with the product, or somewhere with interior or exterior connections. On Sep. 23, 2020 I set the product up following instructions in mainul and at first I could get a dial tone and could call out / receive calls.

Can not set up to listen to messages from another phone (home). Have a new voice mail and can hear it. when you press play button, it says you haveno new emails. Caller id not functioning. Could this unit be returened asap?

I did not keep my receipt or the box it came in . I use the old one I bought at K-mart 20 years ago. The old one is an ATT product. You can can keep your 25 points . You could not leave messages on it . The new product worked at first -then it would not work. Friends and family were concerned when I did not call back. I tried leaving messages from my cell it was like a disjointed effort . First you could receive a call and make a call. I unplugged -then plugged it in .When I then tried to use a dial tone and clicking in back ground and could not call out. I bought outer products from Best Buy and was pleased. I bought A.T.T products and was pleased. Not this time. Edmund Mutsulavish
