Worst phone ever. Scratchy, staticy earpiece, barely audible in speaker mode. Message alert function kept resetting itself and call screening would not function. Returned is after one week.

I returned this item because the buttons would stick. Doesn't matter how lightly you pressed the button, it would stay pressed.

I'm going to have to return it when dialing the key pad gets stuck when I receive calls the person calling can't always hear me when I answer they have to call me back

Died within 6 months. No customer service or support from the manufacturer.

Only lasted a short amount of use when the base to the phone did not function properly. Very inconvenient to charge the phone set.

Dropped calls, sound has echo, very dissatisfied not what I expected from Att phone.

Display on handset stopped working; can't recover it

Bought this product because need amplified landline phone but it is not amplified

I have always purchased ATT phones. I again am not disappointed!! This phone is so user friendly it does everything but dial for a person. I love the way every number is so easy to read, it lights up, and VERY CLEAR when listening to the caller!! I really love how it announces the caller such a modern convenience!!

I hate the phones never had ones like these .sad they suck

When my cordless phones of many years recently quit working, I replaced them with a different cordless phone set from a different store. It wasn't until I had them set up and fully charged that I discovered my hearing aids required a different design for them to properly deliver the sound to me. I couldn't hear anything much beyond a whisper! That set went back to the store where they were purchased and I bought the AT&T cordless phone set at Best Buy. I quickly set them up and, before they were fully charged, I called my landline number from my cell phone to check out the sound. They were perfect!!! I hope AT&T knows that they have perfected their phone design with this model for folks who wear hearing aids.

Easy to use. I love the large lite numbers on phone. Would recommend to a friend.

Decent set for the price. But the verbal incoming call identification is useless. It is so robotic, it barely approximates the actual pronunciation, no better than a non-English-speaking foreigner. Not fond of the ring tone; if there is a way to change it, I haven't found it yet. But numbers are nice and large and easy to read, and overall operation is pretty easy.

Recorded messages are nice and clear - easy to understand even if the speaker is rushed.

easy hook up, a good amount options with the phone. still ne and learning the ins and outs.
