I bought the first phone 3 weeks ago, and one of the monitors began malfunctioning in less than a week. I returned this set and exchanged it for the identical product. The voicemail function just stopped accepting phone messages for recording. I am bringing it back again tomorrow to exchange for a Panasonic phone.

The phone has large buttons but, unfortunately we had to return the phone due to the sound quality. The sound was so muffled my mother was unable to hear the caller.

Twice in pass month phones rang but could not hear or talk to other person. Had to call my phone services to get fixed.

I really like this phone. I'm getting older and sometimes have a hard time hearing people (especially if they're on a cell phone). The audio assist feature works well for me. Overall, a good phone.

The worst phone I have ever owned. Old technology, slow dialing, voice over that repeats every number that you dial, one phone was defective upon getting it home.
