Great phone for my elderly step mom. Big buttons and easy to use controls.

I bought this phone for my parents. The numbers are nice and big and easy to read. The sound is very loud for those hard of hearing.

I bought this for my senior citizen uncle and it has served him well without being too hard to set up. (We are not in the same state.) This is the simplest phone set I could find that was the quality I was looking for. New cordless sets are full of bells and whistles that aren't really that important and often get in the way. I would recommend these phones to anyone looking for quality and simplicity. Even so, you will still have to wend your way through numerous menus but it is doable.

We needed to replace our 88 year old mothers landline phone which had done their duty too long. These AT&T phones have nice large numbers and face that is easy to see and read. Hopefully they’ll last as many years as the previous phones.

Easy to setup, replaced a model like it that was faulty. The new phones are very clear and sharp sound . The price was also good.

I purchased this set of AT&T cordless phones for my mother-in-law to replace her problematic Panasonic phones. These handsets have slightly larger keypads which was a feature I was looking for. These are quality phones that are expandable. She hasn't had any issues with dropped calls and finds them easier to hold. As always, Best Buy price-matched these. I'd buy them again.

Good phone for elders or visually challenged. Lighted pad, large print, easy to set up. Good volume. Nice feel in your hand too.

The phones we purchased (at&t) worked very well. After charging the phones an easy transformation from the old phone system was relatively very simple. The new phone set up was again very easy-the loudness of the ring, amount of rings before the answering system kicks in, the answering system announcement were very simple to set up. I would highly recommend this phone.

I purchased this telephone two months ago. This telephone is awesome. The sound quality and the answer machine is perfect.

We bought this for my 81 year old mother who has bad vision and hearing. She had a big smile on her face when she first used it and says its the best phone she's had in a long time. No more having to speak loud or repeat ourselves for her to hear!

This product in and of itself is good but it is the Advance AT&T Landline system that I have recently switched over to that caused the breaking up of the voice sometimes if I am not in the room where the box is located. Sometimes the caller can not even hear me saying hello.
