I prefer house phone this not as light it's my cell phone and it doesn't hold charge as long as I would like

I do not really use a land line much, but like having one as a backup to my cellular phone. It feels a little flimsy, but is doing the job.

This item was returned for a Panasonic. The ringtone was not for me and it has a lot of nice extra features I did not need

The phone is average as good for the price. If you don't need a lot of features this is a good phone.

For those of us that still use a landline at times to make calls, this phone gets the job done.

Works fine. It’s a phone. For those buying a land line phone replacement, it’s a good choice.

However the call blocking feature is complicated. I can just never get it quite right.

I purchased this phone to replace our home phone which we rarely use. As such, we did not want to spend much on this wireless phone system with two handsets. This set is functional but does not have great displays. It is not extremely user friendly. You get what you pay for.

See above. So much more reliable then V-tec garbage phones.

I bought this phone April 16,2020 and the phone is not working now,August 10,2020 and I can't even return it because they only allowed one month to return it.Horrible phone just took my money.

I bought this as a gift for my grandparents for Christmas. After I gave it to them they decided to return it because the didn't want to change what they have (they are 90 and 91 and don't like change). They do not drive so I had to take a train to Long Island from New York City to pick it up from them. Unfortunately I was unable to get it right away and I just picked it up today, Jan. 19. I went directly to the store when I returned to NYC and when I tried to return it they only gave me a store credit and not my money returned. The box wasn't even opened! I will never shop at best buy again! Awful customer service. I plan to tell all of my friends and family not to shop there as well.

The sound quality of this phone is poor. I have been told by people that I am speaking with that it sounds like I am using a cell phone. Also, It's not very user friendly in saving and accessing numbers in the directory.

UNABLE TO EXPAND, USING MY AT & T HOME SET I BOUGHT 2 YEARS AGO BOTH 6.0 BUT NEW SYSTEM WON'T ACCEPT OLDER HIGHER PRICE PHONES, SO TRADED TO 3 PHONE SYSMEM FOR $10 MORE

Was disappointed, purchased this phone system for my elderly parents and they have a block call button on the phone. It's not good for people that do not know modern technology!

Regular phone features seem to work okay. The cell phone feature on this phone drops the call after a few minutes into a conversation. Not worth the effort to setup.

First off, this phone is a VTECH phone but being branded as an AT&T phone. Second, we had to return this phone 4 days later due to one reason. No matter how loud we turned up the volume for the speakerphone, the voice was always muffled. As the speaker was on the back of the phone, we had to lay the phone on its front so we could hear it. The sound quality was horrible. The menus were confusing as well

I bought the phone for my mother and it was too complicated to navigate through all the features for her.
