Not user friendly

It will not record messages like it is supposed to do. I've followed instructions and tried to reset a number of times but without luck. The receiving volume and tone is crystal clear so it does have some positive attributes.

Unfortunately, due to pandemic, we had to buy this Samsung online for pickup sight unseen. I went by reviews and reputation and went with this Samsung. I am very disappointed in the picture. Not as clear and vibrant as I had hoped.
