Still trying to program the phone.it is a little difficult to use the features I want.

Great purchase! Needed more than one phone. Placed on each level of my home. In this day of robo calls, this phone set has a feature to allow you to block these unwanted calls. Love it! Great buy!

We purchased these phones from Best Buy. We asked the sales people to suggest a phone that will workas a lann line. The advise the AT&T AT DL72310 DECT 6.0 EX{ANDABLE CORDLESS PHONE SYSTEM. This was the second worst piece of garbabe we purchased from Best Buy. We used these phones for about 6 months. During the six months we did not receive many calls via these phones, but the ones we did get our conversation was fussy, it sounded like you were talking over a CB. At one hour sharp your call would be disconnected just like clock work.

What a piece of junk. I bought this to replace our old AT&T phones, but the quality on these new ones is reprehensible. The keys are very mushy and even worse, the phones are SLOW. I should have taken them back, but I rarely use them since I have a smartphone. Plus, my mother hates change, so I didn't want to hear the kvetching (complaining). Avoid!

We have had these phones for 6 months and they are terrible. We continually get no dial tone and the only wat to resolve it is to unplug the base and plug it back in. That "fix" only lasts a couple of weeks and we do it again. It's too late to return these to Best Buy so we are stuck with them.

I may be technically illiterate but I have had two young people help me try to set up this phone with NO luck. We can’t get the home phone working. No dial tone and can’t get the answering machine working. So frustrating!

One handset wouldn’t take incoming calls or make outgoing calls. The others hung up 1-2 minutes into the call despite a full charge on all.

For a person that wants this phone they need to be aware of the different features. It is so difficult to try to follow the directions and to address the call waiting I would not recommend this phone.

Soon after starting to use phone there was an annoying intermittent problem. Person on other end could not be heard, incoming or outgoing. Wired phone in home worked fine so it was the cordless phone. Waiting on replacement from at&t.

For some reason the phones would not pair with the base. After numerous tries I returned them to the store and bought a different brand.

Waste ofMoney Wish I would’ve never purchased it overpriced piece of garbage wish I would’ve returned

These phones stopped working in less than a years use.
