Some older people have a hard time with today's phones, and this one is like the ones they used to have, and my mom loves it.

Old fashioned type of phone, yes, but perfect for a 92 year old person! Easy to use and learn. Convenient for checking msgs remotely. Great buy!

Easier to see incoming calls on caller ID and larger keypad numbers facilitate dialing out.

This AT&T phone/answering machine is exactly what I was looking for to replace my old one that was just like it. It works great like it is supposed to & I highly recommend it.

Works great just like my other phone like this. Display is big and easy to read and I have hearing aids so I use the "SPEAKER" function ALL THE TIME.

So far, I have been pleased with this purchase. I wish the display was lit up when there were missed calls. It doesn't draw the attention when not lit. I love the loud ring and the choice to let it ring 5 times before the answer machine takes over. My elderly mother needs the extra time to get to the phone. Overall, the phone is straightforward enough for both of us.

Not too difficult to set up. Just haven't figured out how to erase the missed calls. Seems to be working fine, caller ID works, now Mom doesn't have to answer unwanted calls. Telephone part works even if the power goes out.

The phone has quite a few features including caller ID, call waiting, big buttons and an answering system, and the best part is the price is reasonable.

Had a bad experience with some cheap phones off the Internet. Cheap in price and cheap in quality. I want a better quality of phone because I'm old school where my house phones are concerned. I want something that's not going to fall apart after a few months. The AT&T logo means that it's something they know that I'll be satisfied with and it'll last. I'm happy with this phone.

Good size of the numbers, clear reception and is light.

Works well as you would expect. Bought it for an elderly parent who would always forget to hang up a cordless phone. The large number pad makes dialing easy.

Ideal product for senior citizens. The ease of use, not too technical, instructions are in layman's terms.

I like this phone because the buttons are a little larger than normal and very easy to se.Also the caller id in a little larger and makes it very easy to see.The message recording is very clear.I think it ws an excellent deal.

This phone is for my 88 year old aunt. Her other one had the caller ID stop working, and she wasn't happy without it. I set up this phone and so far everything is working great. She really likes the large font on the caller ID screen.

This is a good phone. I received quickly and packaged nicely. I bought it because i thought my old phone pooped out. It wasn't the phone, but the phone line. Nonetheless, this works great, and i will keep using this.
