    Is there a way to get this phone to recognize a key press on the keypad during a call where I have to select a number from a menu? I have been having to use a different phone anytime I am directed to an automatic menu. When I try to press a Button, I am told my keypress is not recognized. This happens on every single call that uses an Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Is there something I can do besides resorting to using another phone in my home whenever I get a call needing this?

    I bought the AT&T CL4940 phone to replace an inoperable phone. Setup was simple using the included instructions. I like the large buttons. I have adjusted to the orange backlit screen, it's easy on my eyes. I needed a handsfree speaker phone and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
