Essentially a good phone. Problems however with ring levels. A wall phone in the kitchen will ring while this phone remains silent. Directions with phone are a bit confusing as if phone buyer knows all their jargon. A number of "mystery" functions we have not figured out yet. Best advice; Be vigilant and keep trying.

Love the large numbers and display. It is perfect for my mother-in-law.

It works, but limited instructions on the functions are confusing and less than needed to take advantage of the features. Had to go on-line to get instructions. Have no photo for the question below. Best Buy has the picture available through your website.

What's to say? It's a phone. But the sound is good, the answering machine part works. I like it.
