    The speaker quality on the speakerphone is great but the mic is way too small to where the parties on the other lines can barely hear me. Totally defeats the purpose of using it as a speakerphone which is why I bought it.

    They tried to do too much with this answering machine and ended up with a complicated instruction sheet, manual, etc.

    This phone was not as good as a very old AT&T with only volume increase; none of the fancy stuff on this one. If a person is hard of hearing like me, Don't waste your money on this one. I'm still using the old one. I was told this phone was on sale but only $1.00 off isn't much of a sale for that product; can't even buy a soda for that. If you are a normal hearing person, the phone works great. Since I ordered in on line is was too much trouble to return it!

    works well but too light to use the stand for seeing the light-keeps falling over. There should be a weight in back to hold it up, or a way to put something heavy in there- but I can't get the stand off now that it's attached.
