I couldn't get this phone to work with Xfinity. I tried one time too many.

The phone cuts out after 3 minutes into a conversation. I can hear the person fine but they can't hear me. Extremely frustrating! Want to return the phone but I didn't save the box.

OK well i don't understand the bad reviews on this phone because in my opinion its a great phone I use it for my office. It sounds clear and speaker sounds great and others hear me great. I guess the bad reviews are about the defected ones but that happens on any electronics,I phones are all Good? IPads are all Good? You get my point. Buy this phone and don't let the few bad reviews stop you from getting it.Its a great phone and for the price you cant go wrong. If you happen to get a defected one just return it for another one i doubt its gonna happen 2 times and if it does you don't need a phone you need a Good Luck Charm!

Did not work, had to return. Purchased a simple basic phone that works much better

I purchased this for my grandmother. She was in need of a phone with larger buttons and a new answering machine. It works exceptionally well. Sound quality is good and the buttons are easy for her to see. The only problem I have had with it so far is the menu system is a bit difficult to navigate. I am rather techy and can usually handle these types of things no problem, but I did have to refer to the instruction manual to get it set up. Once checking the manual though, it was a breeze.

As a second landline phone, this was just what I needed by my bedside. It has excellent sound and easy to read caller ID and was even easier to set up. I'm 75 years old and my wife ain't far behind me. Needless to say the large buttons and other easy accessible features are just what we needed. Kudos to AT&T and est Buy

Easy to use, quality, corded phone. I downloaded the full user manual on my pc for reference; the abridged manual that comes with the phone is fine. It was easy to record an outgoing announcement and to load a caller directory to make calls from. All features become intuitive quickly. There are two new buttons: equalizer and audio assist, to make incoming calls louder and clearer if necessary. I love this phone. It is a joy to use. I wish I had purchased it sooner.

Excellent phone, especially considering the price. Big buttons, logical button placement. Instructions clearly showed how to do all the appropriate tasks (e.g., how to mount the phone vertically if needed, how to set the number of rings, etc.). Could have used more clarification on message vs call, and a diagram showing the menu tree, otherwise no problems.

Still the one, after years in existence. Speaker phone works great, easy to program, big keys, easy to read screen

The best phone and the price is very reasonable. I had an identical one for years and the power adapter went. I kept looking for the same phone and found it at Best Buy. Went to the store, very nice worker ordered it online for me, was delivered the very next day. Very pleased customer

Very easy for my elderly mom to use. Large buttons

I enjoy my AT&T phone. It has many useful features and works very well. Just the perfect size. I wish it was offered in black, as well, but overall, very satisfied.

Over all I am satisfied with this phone. I have a slight hearing problem and it is easy to hear what the caller is saying. The instructions are a little difficult to understand, even for my daughter and her friend, who are tech savvy. The display screen is hard to read when the light is not on. Otherwise, I think it is a good phone.

This phone is essential to my Mom who has hearing impairments. She can't use a cell phone. She needs it to contact me in a emergency. She will be 91. I bought a 4 of them for her. I'm always anxious one day I won't be able to get a replacement. Mom and I use the answering machine ALOT. I have trouble seeing the cellphone and smartphone screens.

Great product especially for the price. Replaced a similar model which was nearly 30 years old! This one will probably outlast me. Was easy to set up and records calls accurately.

My new At&t desk phone is perfect. I work remotely and needed a new desk phone and this one was great choice. The keys are large and the display is bright.

Wanted a land line phone for conference calls. The sound quality is much better than taking them on my cell phone. The mute button lights up so you know when it's on.

Answering system is perfect for my needs... works well, good features, simple. Back light screen is welcome.
