Looks great but the handset does not work. Speaker phone is great but handset is horrible. I use it with another handset that does not fit the craddle. Waste of money

This phone had a very loud buzzing noise. Could not hear or talk to anyone. Wasn't the phone line as we plugged in another older model phone and it worked fine. Would not recommend this model of phone to anyone. On the plus side, Best Buy customer service was super.

The phone just didn’t work period I won’t be buying anything from Best Buy again money is to hard to come by

I got the phone 6 weeks ago and after 6 weeks the answering system failed. I can call out but I tried call my phone number using another phone with a different number but the answering system doesn't work and it's not full of messages or anything. When I turn the answering system off the phone will ring but if I turn the system back on then the phone will not ring or answer the call. If you buy from Best Buy get the extended warranty you will need it.
