I expected to "see" the calls coming in while I'm on another call, and that doesn't come up. I also don't particularly like the ring tone. It has a lot of features and I am still figuring the phone out. The disiplay is large, the tilt helps, the buttons are large, and you can increase the volume. I still have to get used to the features. It's too early to judge its quality.

Very pleased , nice large keys for easy dialing, sound is excellent , nice features. The only thing I don't like is that it needs to be plugged into wall outlet, but not a big deal, just never saw that before. All in all a very good phone.

We have had zero issues with this item. It was very easy to start using this phone and it works very well.

The numbers are large and the phone is easy to setup and use.

This was a very wise and affordable choice. I am so happy with my old desk phones. Thank you for providing.

Convenient phone hooks up to the router for a landline in the apartment we own. Caller ID and all the extras!!

Excellent phone with large numbers and very easy to set up.

Works well. No hidden controls. Everything you need to use all the features is on the front of the unit and easily found. Display screen useless if you do not have Phone ID and/or not using the answering machine feature. Display hard to read unless looking straight at it. As a basic phone, it works well.

WE bought this phone in order to speak with my wife's mother (in Canada) who is very hard of hearing. With this phone my wife can speak normally and my mother-in-law can understand her.

This is an outstanding phone to have for your landline (if you still have one) and are getting a little older. Has a similar one for well over a decade hanging on the wall next to my computer. It finally stopped working properly, so I replaced it with this one. The larger buttons do make it easier to dial.

Great for someone not able to deal with the features of some of the newer cordless devices. Also you never can lose the handset because it is attached to the phone!

Love this phone. Affordable and does it all. Nice to have one phone that records incoming calls, has a very good speakerphone and build quality is pretty good! All at an affordable price. Would highly recommend!

I love the ease of viewing call information on the raised screen, and also the very convenient large numbers. Sound quality is excellcent.

Love the big numbers , has a good sound , is lightweight , and nice bright screen color , has all the features you need from , speaker , call back , message recorder, call waiting , tell the time all around good buy.

My 93 year old mother likes using a landline. She has very poor eyesight and this phone is perfect for her. Easy to operate.

Great phone. I'm 70 and the bright display and memory option for frequently called #s like family, grandkids and Walgreens is extremely convenient. ♥️

The phone has lived up to my expectations--very good voice quality and ample sound, very easy to see display. Entering all information for speed dial is rather tedious, but everything works. Just one problem so far. AT&T tells me this equipment cannot be used to block calls by the standard procedure. I can't give phone a perfect rating until I know why.

I originally purchased this phone for my elderly father, who needed a larger display due to diminishing vision. After he died, I decided to keep it for myself and am very pleased. The Caller ID information is easy to see with the lighted display.

The product makes it easier for my in laws touse the phone over the conventional phone that they have. They really enjoy using it.
