I made this purchase for an Elderly Man who is 95 years-old. He likes it very, and can hear it well.

I like this telephone because it has LARGE dial pads and very easy to see. Great for eyes.

Large easy to read numbers and message board. Swapped over our old handpiece so to use our longer cord.

The sound quality is mediocre at best for a cordless phone. However, the answering machine and caller ID features are good. The menus are fairly easy to maneuver.
