Phone does not work with Interactive Voice Respons
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Is there a way to get this phone to recognize a key press on the keypad during a call where I have to select a number from a menu? I have been having to use a different phone anytime I am directed to an automatic menu. When I try to press a Button, I am told my keypress is not recognized. This happens on every single call that uses an Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Is there something I can do besides resorting to using another phone in my home whenever I get a call needing this?

So far, no problems. The phone cord is too long for wall installation. A shorter one should be provided as an alternative for wall use.

a good product but was not what I needed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It seemed like a good product for a great price, unfortunately I was replacing a large button phone for an elderly woman who is losing her sight and the buttons simply weren't large enough for her needs... there were some great features to the unit and I can see it being an excellent phone for someone who is not vision impaired.
