never did use this found out it was not the phone so i returned it

Old phone system worked but the display was not worling anymore, The new phone is exactly what I needed. Wish I could transfer all my info from the other phone to this one.

Still believe corded phones exist for those smart enough to know that an emergency will not only happen when the power is on !! those cordless phones will just not cut it when the power is down.

Great features include recording messages, adjusting volume for hard of hearing and a directory for frequently called numbers. It thoroughly met our expectations.

Works fine, just as it should. Large, easy to read text makes identifying callers easy.

Has big numbers and a screen you can see. Works great for my parents.

i like everything about the phone except for when a message is left, there is a beep that is very irritating, there is a light to let me know i have a message, so why the beeping? i would not buy this again

I need to use a hands free phone to work from home doing customer service. The seperate headset I bought didn't relay sound so I had to switch to speakerphone. But this phone makes horrible clicking sounds audible to both parties and it continues often through the whole call. If you press the equalizer button trying to get a better sound or clear the clicking, that too makes odd "video game" noises in addition to the clicking and only rarely helps to stop the clicking. Not only will it annoy your callers but it will drive you crazy as well. Otherwise the features are great - but this problem overrides everything else in the long run. Note: I cannot confirm if the microphone not picking up sounds was due to fault with headset or this phone so I can't say whether that would work better or not.

This phone by AT&T is use friendly and not big and bulky.

I was tired of wireless phones breaking after a few years. I went to a basic corded phone as a replacement. I have used one like this and it is still in service.

Its a phone, that's all I can say. Instructions are not complete and do not trouble shoot all problems. Answering machine sometimes doesn't alert until a day or two after a message has been left. As others have said, no back lighting on screen

Phone works as advertised. Speaker volume is very good for seniors.

It's a telephone, which is not my instrument of choice. You can read the screen and the keypad.
