Works pretty good but sometimes confusing but for the prices it’s ok

It's a decent phone. The buttons stick a little bit.

Excellent Answering machine! AT&T puts out excellent products. Highly recommend going with their products.

I like the phone. It has a large LED screen, which shows the number calling you, and also shows the person's name calling you - if you have programed in that information.

I purchased this for my mother so she could see who's calling. The screen does not light up the buttons don't seem to engage when you push them, but the phone does ring and you can answer it. That is what she had before. So we just replaced a telephone that did the exact same thing, but for more money.

I purchased this phone for my father this March, and it was working great. Suddenly, it has become unstable. It picks up calls before a single ring and then dumps them if the receiver isn't lifted within the 5 seconds of the call being "received". Very weird. We tried resetting the phone, we tried all the different screening and caller ID settings, changing the number of rings etc. Even tried turning the answering machine off, but it always takes calls immediately without ringing.

Just an average phone it will get you by there is nothing special

This product did NOT have the feature that I required AND did not work properly - dropping calls and creating a great deal of static on the line when either making or receiving calls. It was exchanged for another brand of telephone.

I ordered this phone on Best Buy's site for a 90 year old friend. The ad said the phone came with a handset. The point of the purchase was so she could always have a handset with her, when she was away from the corded phone. I won't go through everything I went through to find out that the handset they were referring to in the ad is the handset that is plugged into the phone and sits in the cradle of the phone. OF COURSE the phone would have THAT kind of handset, so why even mention it? I thought they were saying it came with a portable, wireless handset, which is what I wanted. The ad written as it is, is like putting your house on the market and saying it comes with a front door. I spent a lot of time on the phone getting this cleared up, but the worst thing is the confusion and work my 90 year old friend, who lives in another state, had to go through. My intention was to help her and make her life easier, but this did anything but help her.

I needed a phone with a louder volume setting. If you have a hearing loss this phone probably is not for you

I'm not satisfied with the hearing volume. I bought it for my mother she's hard of hearing and it does not help her. It was recommended for the hearing impaired

Meets my needs. Line cord too long to hang phone on wall.

This phone was not as good as a very old AT&T with only volume increase; none of the fancy stuff on this one. If a person is hard of hearing like me, Don't waste your money on this one. I'm still using the old one. I was told this phone was on sale but only $1.00 off isn't much of a sale for that product; can't even buy a soda for that. If you are a normal hearing person, the phone works great. Since I ordered in on line is was too much trouble to return it!

I will be returning this phone because it is not compatible with Verizon for caller ID and unable to hear my messages when attempting to retrieve them with my cell phone. I should have purchased this from a store for easier return.

Purchased corded phone/answering system. Did not come w/DSL filter, and I was told BB does not sell them. Now I have to go hunting around for one. Why sell a product that doesn't have all item(s) it needs to function? I am extremely disappointed!

Didn't think the directions were easy to follow. Still haven't set it up for my mother......just did the basic !!!

This model was the replacement for my previous phone, so I expected that I could simply switch them. Dream on! Drilling holes and creating shims were necessary.

Upon initial set-up I had problems with the phone not responding properly. Might not actually be a problem with the phone but the other technology it's connected to! I plan on returning it and exchanging it if the problem cannot be corrected.

The telephone would not power up when plugged in. It may have been a returned item, it seems to me. I'm still waiting for my returned-item refund email notification.
