Poor Quality Phones

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had Panasonic phones for the last 10 years and they've all worked fine, but I thought these sounded better based on the reviews from others. These ended up being horrible phones. The speaker phone is not very loud making it difficult to hear calls on speaker. In addition, these phones have issues making calls. When I dial a number, it doesn't seem to connect. There is no dial tone or ring or any voicemail message when calling someone, so I hang up and call back. I have to do this about 3-5 times to get a call thru only to have the person I'm calling ask me why I called them 5 times and didn't say anything when they answered. I never had this problem with the Panasonic phones we had, even on the day I swapped them out for these AT&T phones. This issue started when we hooked up these AT&T phone. Don't waste your money on these.
