One of the 4 handsets had a dead display. I contacted AT&T who did not pay shipping to replace it. After I complained and returned it, THEN they said the store would have charged nothing.

No working issues, but the mic does not pick up sound well, caller hears very low volume

phones are ok. One phone can’t connect to base so it’s practically useless

Blocking spam calls is awesome but the return period is over *by 2 days!) and it quit ringing. I have done all the trouble shooting things but nothing helps.

A little hard to maneuver. Have to go through the menue for the directory. Not as use friendly as our last phones.

I don't ever remember having to replace a battery in a cordless phone ever! and Iv had lots off them after a week a battery went bad ?? well I like the phones so I bought another one not to big a deal but then another and another now Iv replaced all 4 batteries fingers crossed … I called Best buy but I didn't keep the box so my bad ,I called ATT there phones , and they told me to stack BBs! so all new batteries and fingers crossed we treck on

Great sound quality but the phone system tells callers when they are being blocked. Not a great feature to block people discreetly.

Sound quality is not as good as other phones I have owned. Even at highest volume setting, not loud enough.

But they are not as easy as I was led to believe setting them up. I still am unable to set them up to screen calls. But other than that they are pretty good.

I had difficulties trying to figure out how this phone worked. Eventually however I figured it out.

I hope this phone set lasts longer than 3 months. Yes this is the second set. Two of the handsets died after 3 months, but Best Buy replaced it with no problem.

A pathetic example of a 20-year-old user interface. No, it's not you: the world has moved on, as evidenced by the modern cellphone human-machine interaction. This phone works fine (unlike others' reviews I think the audio quality is ok), is crammed with too many features (some of which service providers now have anyway) which you have to stumble through each time you select the menu, has an ugly wall-mount if that's what you need, and does not provide a readily-visible message-waiting light and/or audible indication (which is what I asked for) - my bad for being in a hurry and not doing my homework (my previous phone broke). The menu-driven interface is tedious at best and if you're not fast enough you have to start over again on even the simplest task such as entering a name and phone number into the directory. This will go into the dumpster after I get rid of my landline.
