This phone is not the best. The speaker is low volume and not clear, and it kept telling us that we had a new voice mail but there was nothing there. Even when we used the menu to clear all messages, the New Voice mail message would pop after a few minutes. Returned it for a better Panasonic set.

Bought this mainly for the call blocking. The steps involved (according to the instructions) were so complicated and too many steps to block a caller, I decided to return it.

Like the longer battery life, but their operation isn't intuitive.

Good phone system put not user friendly for programming desired options

Traditional style phone, easy to setup and easy to use.

Dont know if it was the service are the phones thêre selves.

Terrible sound quality listening to the other party. Difficult to understand the call announcement and short battery life. Sorry I bought them. I had been too busy and missed my time to return them. I plan to buy new batteries for my old Panasonic system that is much better and drop this system in the good will box.

Exceptionally poor craftmanship compared to earlier models. I LOVE ATT phones. This one is a joke. Unless you sit the phone in the holder "just right" It does not charge. Also, regardless of how you put the phone in the cradle it inevitably just tips over. Also, the back battery cover does not firmly lock in. Falls off ALL the time. I'd return it if I kept the box. Didn't expect just a quality decline.

I would recommend a better phone than the AT&T I bought.

If u needto talk on the phone using the speakers option THIS IS NOT THE PHONE FOR YOU. MY OLD PHONES I COULD USE THE SPEAKER FEATURE FROM ACROS MY 20X15 FOOT KITCHEN. NOT THIS ONE. THE HIGHTEST VOLUME IS STILL LOW IF I COULD RETURN THEM I WOULD. SO SORRY I PURCHASED THIS PHONE SET.

This phone will not work at my house. I have taken down the other phone I had and bought this one to replace it. However I cannot get it to work after following directions. I went back to the store and was told to go to "YouTube"!

My old AT&T phones finally got to where we could not read the screen so we had to get a new set. This one is not a lot different from what we had but looks better and has extras that probably will be useful once we read the directions and use them long enough!!!

Very first week, the display on one phone became messed up, but I had three more so I did not worry. Three weeks later, the speaker on second phone just went out, So now I have two more to go. You decide.

We like the phone system but are still trying to figure out all of the nuances associated with the smart call blocker feature.

I purchased these phones for my elderly Father. The voice volume is not loud enough for him to hear. The answering machine does not work. I am very disappointed with these phones.

The base unit won't hold the phone to charge it. Seems to be seated cockeyed. Someone from Best buy needs to call me. I have tried to reach out 6 times!

Needed to replace my home phones and found this one with some new features. Robo calls stopped immediately! Hats off!

Good for intercepting robo-calls . . . and everyone else! Clearing system did not work as described. Returned for Panasonic that works just fine.

The phone is filmsy, can't turn off volume, difficult to use, I want my money, you can have the phones. What a waste of money.
