Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased the telephone in September 2020 but did not sit down to set it up until the holidays. As others have written it is a tedious task. While the phone system does prevent a number incoming calls, it also discourages calls from those we are expecting because the caller finds it troublesome. We must review all missed calls to make sure we are not missing expected calls from those whose number we do not know. Many times the caller ID is a generic reference and therefore, unhelpful. In addition, we are very disappointed that there is no option for a headset -- we've been using headsets for the past 20 years. Not only does speaker phone option not have excellent sound quality but, there is no way to cancel background noise. I would only recommend this for people who only plan to use this as secondary phone line.

Damaged package sent for online purchase.

It would not be acceptable if purchased in the store. Returning it wasn’t easy using the online return process and I needed the assistance of the chat service which took about 20 more minutes. Last time I order something from Best But.
