I really love this phone and it truly blocks out ALL unwanted calls, which is a blessing. However there is 1 thing thing that really is annoying and caused me to rate this at 4 stars instead of 5 stars. It is the absence of back lighting for the answer and end call keys. Due to my line of work I regularly have to take calls in the middle of the night and when the phone rings and being woken up from a dead sleep I have a very hard time finding the key to answer the phone because it does NOT light up. So I usually have to turn the light on just to be able to answer the phone. The numerical keys light up and that is it. No other keys light up. Would be a 5 star phone if the answer key and end call key would light up. Other than what I described above the phone is perfect!!

Looks good, and performs very well. Easy to program. Also holds its charge a long, long time!

Love the dual headset bundle! It works wonders allowing me to be able to move freely from one suite of the bakery to the other without the worry of missing a client’s call.

I love this phone the fact that AT&T gives you the ability to block a thousand calls before it fills up is priceless. This package comes with 2 handsets but you can easily add up to 6 I believe.. the price of a new handset is only slightly more than it cost to replace a battery for an older phone, made no sense to me not to buy a whole new phone, with an updated answering system also.. my only drawback has been trying to figure out a way to hold the handset when I am on speaker phone as opposed to just laying it on a flat surface, however it does not appear to affect the Acoustics of the phone no matter how it's used.. I would recommend.

I am beyond pleased, ecstatic, thrilled with the performance of this Smart Call Blocker. I was a bit skeptical when I purchased it at first because I doubted it would actually block telemarketing calls. I was also unsure of the claim of how easy it was to set-up. Well, it took less than 3 min to set-up because I chose to have all calls answered And announced by smart call block first so I control my machine. It’s genius!!! Since I purchased it I have not had a single telemarketers call get through and there have been over 66. You still see the calls, yet they aren’t actually put through unless they are on your approved call list. Love It!! I love this phone so much I am buying one for my elderly dad for Christmas. This phone was so much easier and quicker to set up than the Panasonic. You can’t go wrong with this phone.

Great for stopping robocalls and live vendors. The directions are a little complicated, but doable if you follow the schematic. We got this phone for us and for my Father-in-law, who has memory issues. We listed all good phone #'s in his directory and blocked all other #'s. All his doctors and other agencies have my wife's cell # for important information, (He would not remember why they called, or even that they called). We also have this phone at our house and screen our calls, so if a caller ID is not in the directory, they have to announce who they are before we decide to answer. All non caller ID calls are blocked. We've listed our doctors and other agencies in the directory for straight pass thru. So a live person or a robocall from these agencies will pass thru. So far, live vendors don't bother to say who they are & non listed robocaller ID's are blocked. It is great. We have had '0' live vendors try to get thru, and '0' robocalls for over a year. I wonder why no one has come up with the 'announcement option' for cell phones. You can block non directory #'s, but there is always someone who needs to reach you but is not in your directory and is blocked. And you cannot block vendor messages.

Easy setup, lots of extra features,generic voice mail already setup, great phone.

The answer machine is grate.The hand sets are easy to use and see. The smart call blocker is grate the caller needs to say there name before the call comes in so you know who it is before you answer it

If you are sick of getting robocalls, this phone is great for blocking them, but the answering machine is perfect in case you get a robocall, you can just avoid it. Easy to use and works very well.

We're still a little old-fashioned in wanting a "home phone". I give a lot of donations online and thus get many phone calls asking for more money. We get a lot of unwelcome sales calls as well. I don't want those going to my cellphone. With the home line, I can block a call while the phone is ringing, if I do not recognize the caller or number. During this past Presidential campaign, I almost filled up my 1000 blocked call database. I rarely give our my cell number and so when I get a call, it is people I know or a company, like American Airlines or Hilton. Has multiple handsets, features I depend on, and high quality.

I was looking for a phone to block those annoying telemarketers. This phone does the job nicely. With my other phone I used to get one ring before it was blocked which was somewhat annoying. With this phone the calls are automatically blocked before the ring. All you have to do is enter all the telephone numbers that you want to receive in the directory and all other calls are directed towards the answering machine. You can add any other telephone number whenever you want. The caller ID is also very nice and it is even voice activated letting you know who is calling when the call is being made. In my opinion it is well worth the money and I would definitely buy it again.

We needed a new phone system due to all the robo calls and recorded calls. Since purchasing, all robo calls have been blocked! They don’t even ring. This phone features a call block button on each phone and one on the answering unit..

Bought this phone for my motherinlaw it has very loud ringers so she can hear it Phone will also announce # of person calling you and let you screen calls answer machine is also easy to use very good phone overall

I intended to purchase a different brand, but mistakenly picked this one up. I like it although it is somewhat complicated. I wanted a simple phone to block calls, etc. I guess the steps to block calls, review calls logs and several other features will get easier as I use them, or at least I hope they do. I would recommend.

I wanted a new landline phone, as at times, cell phone is sketchy where I live. Well, I broke my beautiful iPhone, so that caused me to buy this phone. With the robo call blocking features, compact size, great speakers on the hand sets, and clear voices I have to give this phone a 5 star rating. Landlines are almost gone, but some of us still need or want one. To those I say, give this a look.

Love my phone and all it features especially the one that I can block callers. Enjoying all the features. I am very satisfied with new phone. Wish I had purchased one sooner.
