Great phone for blocking those stupid unwanted callers. Phone is used for business and I have so many people comment on what a great idea and they want to know where to get this phone. I have a lot less sales calls coming through now. What a relief, when the phone rings, I know its a business call, not a solicitor.

The "Smart Call Blocker" feature works very well. Coupled with caller ID displayed on my XFinity cable television, I never have to waste time running to take unwanted calls. The problem with this phone system is the rechargeable battery. Every few days the call quality gets very bad. The display shows that the battery is holding a full charge and not charging, but I have found the battery to be nearly empty when I unplug it. It recharges only after plugging it back in, and works well for a few days after. Then quality worsens again, and the process repeats. The phone I had before (AT&T 2 Headset) had the same battery pack and had the same problem. I need to find something better.

I would have given 5 stars but the intercom feature is buried in the menu. The PTT feature is handy but one must activate the push to talk feature on both units using this. The intercom feature does not.

It has proven itself to be the answer to the harassing solicitations and unwanted callers! Finally! Not listed in phone's "book" and not identifying yourself? Not getting through. Known "scam" #'s as well! What is described on box is exactly what is provided in use. Very pleased.

This phone system is difficult to understand, it will take awhile to get it. It does have a booklet that I would never have figured out how to get my messages from my phone if I didn't have the book. I wouldn't recommend to some seniors.

It didn't come with batteries and it's not the best overseas.

Both my husband and I love our new phone. Voice clarity is fabulous compared to the one we had. It is easy to navigate through the various options and concentrate only on those that are more important to us, some of the functions we do not use but are glad they are ther.

Subsequent to me installing my new landline phone, I am not annoyed by the number of marketing calls. This phone has a "block" button that nearly eliminate the annoying calls I received in the past. It is a "must" have phone to minimize/prevent annoying callers.

This system is a replacement in a harsh environment office. The handsets appear to be able to handle some abuse and the screen is large and clear. We are not utilizing the smart caller id feature yet, but will be turning it on and testing it in the near future.

we are familiar with AT & T phone system. we had a older model that needed to be replaced. So we decided to purchase the newer version and we are very pleased and operating the system is similar to the older model.

I brought this AT&T phone mainly because of the "Call Block" feature. This is the best option on the phone and works with just the push of a button. Also has a "push to talk" feature where you can talk from handset to handset sort of like a walkie-talkie.

Love it. Love it. Love it. Evidently we don't have it figured out yet be cause on "smart call block" it blocks all calls, but we love the ability to manually block unwanted call. And boy are there a bunch of them.(unwanted calls)

The phone has an answering service that allows older people who can not get to the phone fast to hear the message and if they want to pick up the call they still can! Five stars I wish I could give 10!

As most people now, we rely mostly on cell phones. I don't really know and can't rate on the phone's built in functions. We've recieved calls, and dialed out just fine. Sorry to not be of more detailed help.

The set up was a bit complex especially the call answering feature, the instruction manual was not very well organized, for example setting up call answering was buried in the back of the instruction.

I purchased the home phone as a gift to a family member that told me that their phone was old and not working well. I surprised them with the new phone and the are elated by the quality of the phone and the features.

I love these phones. I like the idea that a voice tells me who is calling. They have so many special features. I'm still learning how to use them.

For those of us who are "old school" and still like having a "land-line" phone at home this product was ideal for identifying and blocking all the political pollsters, solicitors and wrong number calls. Great home phone.

It's a great phone, the features that I am looking for are in this phone - caller ID, large display, big handset, block feature, loud rings & volume control, voice mail.

you can read up on it but I am from the old school. if direction came a little easy I would not have to keep going back to read the book to make it better for me, thank
